    About Luke Babbit…wait..nevermind….

Luke Babbitt demoted to D-League team

Former Nevada standout Luke Babbitt was assigned to the Idaho Stampede by the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday. Babbitt, a Galena High graduate, has appeared in eight regular season games for the Trail Blazers, who acquired him on a draft-night deal with Minnesota. Selected by the Timberwolves in the first round (16th overall) of the 2010 NBA Draft, Babbitt averaged 14.2 points and 2.8 rebounds with Portland in five NBA Summer League games.

An early entry candidate for the 2010 NBA Draft, Babbitt averaged 19.4 points and 8.1 rebounds in 68 games over two seasons at Nevada.

If Babbitt is still with the team in a little more than three weeks, he will return to Reno as a visitor when the Stampede play the Reno Bighorns on Jan. 1 and Jan. 2.

Same as what I have written about Aldrich and OKC, 50-win team that returned eleven guys. I wasn’t particularly high on Babbitt, but he went to a good team. You cannot judge him for not being better than an established rotation on a 50-win team.

That’s rough.  Maybe he shouldn’t of tried to be Nostradmomas and that wouldn’t of happened, especially when referring to someone who might end up being Luke Jackson 2.0.  Never a safe bet

I am surprised after all the hate I got about Felton averaging 20 and 10 and also Amare scoring at 26 points and at least 9 board.  I was clowned and I was right.  I see yall make posts to knock the people that are wrong like Cyclo but I am still waiting on the haters to say hey you know what Sheltwon you were right and we were wrong.  That has yet to happen.

First off don’t ask for pitty parties.  No one likes that.  Second, I don’t usually remember stupid predictions but Felton is averaging 18 and 8.5 which is not really 20-10.

Also Where is Gordan Hayward????? At least we know Luke Babbitt is in the Dleague.  Does Hayward even get bench minutes anymore.

apb I was not talking to you unless you was one of the haters and I don’t remember your name.  Also no one is having a pity party.  Why you trying to misinterpret things to make yourself sound tough.  Also after tonight’s game I am sure that is closer to 20 and 10 that I have stated but you are right currently he sits a little below that but in most of this past game he has exceeded 10 assists so eventually he will recover from his woeful start and his stats will reflect that.  You internet gangsta’s make me laugh.  All I was saying is admit when you are wrong but I guess some men can’t man up and do that.  Yall jump on cyclo because he was wrong but most of you in here have been equally as wrong.  There is no onw on this site that has been 100 percent right but I will say cyclo did have some very different ideas about some players but considering most of the people that disagree with me when I am right seem the same to me, there is no difference.

Everybody here has been right and wrong. We don’t catalog everything that everyone says so we can throw them a party whenever they are right about something.

cyclo was a troll. He was the most annoying person on the forums BY FAR, and he knew nothing about basketball.

    Lighten up.

I am cool man sometimes I am think some of yall think I am mad when I post this stuff but I just speak my mind.  I am not mad.  Some of you posters on here have a wierd way of thinking that exceeds me and the problem is most of the time this happens yall are wrong and I am not saying you per say but others who rational thinking is not there and they question me when I am right.  Me and cyclo never had issues.  I do think he fell in love with some players he liked to the point he did not listen to reasoning but he was not the only one so I never thought he was a troll.  He may still be on this site but with a different name.

"Also Where is Gordan Hayward????? At least we know Luke Babbitt is in the Dleague. Does Hayward even get bench minutes anymore."

Hayward is no longer in the rotation, but Babbitt was never in the rotation. Based on the small sample size I’ve seen from both players, Hayward is the better player right now and is the closest to contributing to his team.
