OhCanada-ParticipantAfter reading up on the urrent trade and draft rumour mill, workouts, seeing measurements and athletic tests throughout the combine and evaluating each player myself this is what Ive come up with. Tell me what you think.

Allen_Iverson_3ParticipantYou do make it as the trade will be done? It seems so as you have Burks at 8

OhCanada-ParticipantYes Ive got the trade being done. I also just changed it, I noticed I had Utah taking Knight and Fredette…changed it to Knight and Thompson and reshaped the draft.

OhCanada-ParticipantSome Key Notes are.
-Even with the trade going down I have Minnesota selecting Faried 20th. I dont think they would pass up on a guy like that, a guy they need so desperately. If not Faried I have them selecting Nogiera.
-Davis Bertans is being vastly overrated. He is a good prospect but still far away from being an NBA player.I think Mirotic is the better of the two. If a team picks a player to send overseas and develop while saving money I feel Mirotic is the first player of the two selected.
-Tobias Harris, and Josh Selby are creeping up draft voards and I have Houston picking both of them looking for some untapped potential. Both players have Top 5 talent so it would be a huge win for Houston.
-For those who want to say Smith should be higher, Lee should be higher, Jackson should be higher, or Mack, Cole, Shumpert, Jenkins, etc. what do you want me to do. Theres only 60 spots and I cant put 10 PG’s in the 20-35 slots which is the talent level of these players. Not every team needs a PG so they will fall down the draft board, and teams that need a PG may be in some luck.

Allen_Iverson_3Participant-I really like the idea of an SF to the Kings, you are one of the few that share this point of view.
-I’m not sure whether the Rockets need someone like Harris. If so, they should rather take Singleton.
-I don’t see Faried going to Minnesota: they already have Love as a solid rebounder + they would draft Kanter at 4. Faried should rather get drafted by Portland.
-The Nets should consider Harper over Johnson as he has a better offensive touch, which is what their frontcourt (Lopez, Humphries, Petro) lacks. I wrote Humphries because I see him staying as he is well integrated in the team.
-Vucevic at 47? I doubt he drops that far away. The Wizards at 34 would not pass on him as a nice backup for McGee, and trust me, as a secound rounder, he’d end up being a steal. He might also go to Detroit if available at 33 and if not so, I’d see Keith Benson going there to compliment Monroe.
-"Bertans, regarding his potential, should be a first-rounder. Chicago? " (repeating myself) In the secound round, Lighty to the Bulls is interesting. I see him as the new Keith Bogans.
-I don’t see Thompkins falling to the Heat (who should have no interest in drafting him as a PF), I think he should go to the Thunder to bring some scoring touch to their frontcourt. With Harden and Sefolosha at SG and Durant at SF, I don’t see OKC drafting him.
-With already Hansbrough in place, I don’t see Indiana drafting 2 PFs. They should maybe go with a SG (Hamilton or K.Thompson) at 15
-Jenkins may be too low as I think the Hornets might take a look at him to play at SG, like Marcus Thornton.
-Skeen not in the draft? "I see him going to Philly (no particular need for a SG if Iggy stays) or Memphis" (repeating)
-In your mock, the Spurs take Singler at 1° round. ok but then I think they should take a PF/C like Macklin instead of a PG as they already have Parker and Hill. But at this point, it’s nearly anecdotic
-McCamey has a 1% chance of ending to the Celtics with them already having Rondo and Bradley. He might go to the Blazers or the Lakers. Concerning the Lakers, Lauderdale will probably go undrafted.
To sum up, I find your mock pretty interesting and I agree with it in many ways. And sorry, I didn’t take into account your notes as they showed up once I was finished

chevilicousParticipantI like the overall look of the board, I however as a Jazz fan don’t like the Klay Thompson pick and don’t understand as to why allot of projections have him going to us, solely on his outside shooting ability, although i agree the Jazz need some help on the perimeter, I think they are in more of a need to fill the 3 spot and keep hayward at the 2 which is his natural position, I would rather see Singleton or Hamilton at the 12 pick.

Hell you did not even take Shumpert in to account for anything he did. He will not be a Mid 2nd that’s really underrating him. Forget the IQ questions he will be a 1st Rounder if not he won’t fall past Miami.
