    in light of the LBJ/Hakeem post, I decided to thread about Offseason training and give credit to some hard workers.  Luol Deng is one of the hardest working guys in the NBA…and he has always had that work ethic even since grade school it was said.  Check out this vid and make note of the methods…especially the rice training.

    Also, Big Baby worked extremely hard after leaving LSU…over the years he dropped a lot of weight.  When he came out of high school he was about 350lbs.  Since that time he has grown about an inch and shed at least 60lbs.

     Dexter Pittman was 370 his freshman year at Texas and entered the combine at 303.  He’s another guy who’s put in the work and I think he’ll get some good minutes for Miami next season.

    Pittman looks amazingly trim, I think he is just about under 300 now….he was 388lbs in HS.

    T-Mac one of my all time favorite players, even right now.  Great talent, good work ethic, great team player…just shame he gets flack for being injury prone…something he obviously cant control.  Hey! I am gonna do the medicine ball on the stairs in my house.
