BasketballGuru24ParticipantWe all pretty much know the knicks suck………they will have a way worse season then last year and are playing with bench players…….if the knicks finish last, we know that they will have a high chance to win the lottery, but if they win there pick goes to Utah, and if the draft plays out with John Wall being the first pick, will Utah Pick him? We know Wall has nice size to be a SG but he is more of a pure point guard and needs the ball in his hand 24/7…….with d-will not a free-agent till 2012 what will utah do?

FutureoftheGameWhy do you think they will be so bad?? They will have the same team minus Robinson. Plus 2 decent rookies and a big Euro guy who will love D’Antoni’s system.

Meditated StatesParticipantThey might try to get a superstar on a rebuilding team, if they think he can get them to a title. If Wall kills college that 1st year they might take him anyway.

Pierre JordanParticipantI’d take Favors or Singleton if I were them. I doubt the Knicks would be the worst in the L anyway.

Pierre JordanParticipantWorse than TWolves? Their owner basically said they don’t care about winning.

daballaParticipantIf they get the first pick they could trade down and acquire a top 5-10 and grab the best shooting guard or small forward available which could be Paul George, Aminu, Devin Ebanks, Evan Turner, etc. If they can’t trade down they could draft Wall anyway and play him with Williams regardless, Williams has a nice jumpshot and size so he has the ability to play minutes at the 2. They could even play Wall at the 2 and be a nightmare for opposing shooting guards to check. Might not be a good idea though because you’re bumping your best player out of position and you already drafted Eric Maynor who seems to be a solid distributor and the last thing they would need is another distributor. If all else fails they can trade Wall like what scout4real said, but there don’t seem to be any superstars on rebuilding teams that fit their need unless if a team unexpectedly falls.

bkballerParticipanti highly doubt the jazz get the first pick, i think the knicks finish around the same spot as last year maybe a tiny bit higher, jazz get a 9-11 pick in my opinion which is still pretty good.
