I think charlotte needs to take Perry Jones at ten. Yes this goes against conventional wisdom but if they take Perry jones at 10 and let him play Sf like he should. Now you have one of the bigger frontcourts in the league add a 7 footer who can revound and block shots then you have a mobile and big lineup. Even if Perry Jones can only put up similar numbers to college 13 and 7 isnt that on par with Paul George. Paul George seems like a pretty good investment. Back when the Thunder drafted westbrook everyone thought it was a reach. A sg who averaged 12a game and had a shacky jumpshot. They took him moved him to pg wich went against conventional wisdom and in hindsight everyone says it was a no brainer. I say do the same with taking perry jones a suspected reach and then put him at sf when everyone says hes a stretch four now at the least i have a 611 forward to gaurd durant with a shot blocker in dacis right behind him.

If you are referring to the Hornets, I think it would be best to take Lillard because they have below average PGs in Jack & Vazquez on the roster. Lillard would be a great complement to Davis.

I can see why you made the mistake in name. But I fully agree with you, they just need to stack up on potential and these players ( Davis and PJ3) Wont win you too many games and next year you can get another high draft pick and possibly get Noel or Muhammad. So I think drafting for potential and size will be  the beat thing they can do

I’m a big believer in PJ3, i think he is very similar to Rudy Gay in terms of having an underwelming college career but will go on to do much better in the NBA.  However, i think it would be super dumb for the Hornets to take him at #10.  They need to go for a backcourt player.  Austin Rivers, Lillard, Waiters, and Kendall Marshall should all be available at #10 and imo would be much better selections.  PJ3 is a great talent i agree, but they are already drafting Anthony Davis at #1 and I’m not sure if PJ3 is ready to come right in and play small forward

I meant new orleans but people keep killing there backcourt but jack is really good and vasquez given time is good. And eric gordon is a monster when motivated so why not take a potential mismatch lineup possibly be back in the lottery and take another key piece Okc is the model for building throught the draft.

Jack is below average for a starter.  He is a decent scorer and playmaker, but isn’t always the greatest at finding open kick outs and isn’t a consistent shooter.  I agree with Cheyenne that drafting Lillard woud be a good idea if he is available.  Lillard would not only likely be the BPA at that pick, but he could complement Eric Gordon well as both players can play both on and off the ball.
