Do you guys think that a lot of NBA (current and future) players come to this forum and read this stuff? The crap we talk about players, the things they should or shouldnt do. What helps and hurts their draft status…etc…???

I would like to think future nba players come and check it to see where scouts have them landing or probly other draft sites like this… I dnt thnk most prospects would go in depth and start reading are fourms daily though they could care less what we think about them or the stupid topics we come up with… For nba players their probly to busy doing rich ppl stuff and makin their own buzz around the internet

hey, now…we post stupid stuff, but a lot of the stuff here is very informational and can help a player, motivationally for their game and sometimes can give them a cue to things that can help them from a P.R. standpoint. I’ll bet you LBJ has been here before or at least made aware of some posts that were made. If I were a high schooler, I would definitely come here from time to time….like I’ll bet some of this years MAA’s would be interested in some of the stuff we say here.

Realisticaly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did. Another site I go to is Lakersground and we always talk ish on there about people, and phil Jackson actually metnioned us on air once talking ish about us always bitchin lol.

I wouldn’t be surprised if a few NBA players come here actually. Whether they post or not is a different story. But let’s be honest, there’s plenty of great basketball posts on this forum, and many good opinions.

Yes, I believe players such as Quincy Miller might look up there profiles and check to see where they are ranked or drafted. But, I highly doubt they get beyond that. He was talking about players visiting the FORUM, not the SITE. So, yes, I believe they visit the site, but I believe that they do not at all read what we write. If they do, that is seriously cool by me, but I doubt they come on this site and say, "Oh, now this cat has some great ideas on how to improve my game." Lets face it guys, many of us here are sort of arm chair quarterbacks, at least at this current juncture. I am sure that most aspiring pros take what we have to say with a grain of salt. They have access to coaching in their own lives, I do not think that they scour the internet and message boards to obtain more.
