nick can ball. He has one on one skills like a superstar. He just needs to put it together. I read the other day the wizards are gonna let randy foye walk as a free agent and im guesing nick is a part of the reason why.

I agree. i been saying that they need to put him in the dunk contest for years now. Ever since he dunked on LeBron . And since we let Randy Foye walk, he might get some more playing time. Remember, he was playing well near the end of the season.

He would get bullied at SF. Nick’s listed at 6’6 looks more like 6’4 and he’s listed at 200 looks more like 185. Imagine Nick Young lined up against Carmelo or Lebron. Thats a 60 Point game thank you very much.

i’ve been a fan on Nick Young for a while now… great one on one offensive player… can’t really defend and rite now the 3’s in the NBA are the hardest to guard (lebron, melo, durant, granger, pierce etc) imagine him guarding any of those guys?????? OMG he would get hurt so bad lol… whats gonna happen when Melo and Bron go to the post ? stretcher any1?

there is going to be a time when everyone will need to hop off this bandwagon. the man hasnt produced yet, why are we still waiting? the man would be best served as a sixth man like ben gordon, marcus thorton, jamal crawford, etc. he has good one on one talent but that is it. he will never be more than 12 points off the bench(which is good but people keep expecting an all star it seems, thats not going to happen). i have never seen support for a player that has done as little as nick young.

I was so high on Nick Young, but he NEVER gets minutes and seems like he never will, so like Butler I’ve given up on him.

He’s a lot like JR Smith, in my opinion. Instant offense off the bench, but wayyy too inconsistent to play 30-35 minutes a game. A good player, but like someone said in an earlier post, he just hasn’t put it all together yet and who knows if he ever will.

He doesn’t have the 1st option scoring potential that I thought he had because he lacks the basketball IQ. I think he’s best suited in a J.R. Smith type role as an off the bench offensive specialist, but he actually has a good deal better ball-handling skills than Smith does. I think the Wizards should trade Young and look to give him a fresh start. He doesn’t really fit into their plans, and he’s shown the talent and somewhat the production to be a rotation player in the NBA.
