dmo21ParticipantThe NBA D league changed their goal tending rule to the FIBA rule where the players can touch the ball while it is on the rim. They changed this rule to test it out and see if it makes the game better with the outlook of the rule coming to the NBA later on. So if this rule reaches the NBA would it improve or deprove the game play?

Counting StarsParticipantThis along with helping players improve is exactly what the D-League is for – trying new things like this out before introducing it into the league.
But in this case, I’m not a big fan of the rule. I don’t see a problem with adopting some FIBA rules, but this is not one I particularly like.
