Christmas, Kwanzaa, and Hanukkah came early today for the New Jersey Nets because they were playing the Bobcats and sure enough got their first win due to the extra beastlyness by Brook Lopez with his 31 and 14 performance also Kiki their new coach deserves some credit

They better celebrate!!! Great Win. Harris dove into the fans, must be huge to get the monkey off their back.
If they interviewed any Nets Player, they should’ve been like, “IM GOING TO DISNEY WORLD”

Definitely won because of Courtney Lee. He was lights out and mistake free, playing extremely well off the ball and on the break.

Rejoice, my tri-state brethren. The Knicks beat the Hawks, and the Nets finally win. Fizzy bubblech for everyone!!! Except for Jerome James, he doesn’t get any.

    Sad Bobcats fan here.

Lopez dominated us while the player we stupidly selected ahead of him, DJ Augustin, rotted on the bench with a DNP-Coach’s Decision–because he is about useless this year. Absolutely disgusting. I knew that was a bonehead move the minute it rolled off of David Stern’s tongue on draft night ’08.

Also, our number 20 pick in ’08, Alexis Ajinca, was doing his thing with a 1-7 shooting performance in the NBDL tonight, though he did grab a lot of boards and block a lot of shots against the Springfield Armour. Woo hoo!!! Meanwhile the player a lot of Bobcat fans wanted along with Lopez that night–Mario Chalmers(who we could have gotten instead of Ajinca)–was starting at PG for the 10-8 Miami Heat.

We probably made 2 decent picks in 2009. But where were potential-filled Gerald Henderson and Derrick Brown against the Nets?? Rotting on the bench with DNP-CD’s of their own while the Bobcat starters logged 43, 42, 41, 37, and 37 minutes on the road against a much younger team.

    And there you go…..Nets win!!

Is still the second best pg in the east(since Gilbert is first),once he finds his groove off this injury we are going to see numbers like last year.
