Although I wish we would sign LeBron James, I don’t think we will and that he will go to the Knicks. But that doesn’t mean there is no hope for us! Many other big names are also available next summer, and many could help us make the playoffs again: Chris Bosh, Nate Robinson, David Lee, Carlos Boozer, Shaq, Rudy Gay, T-Mac, Joe Johnson, and Ilgauskus are just a few. Hopefully the we are able to sign LeBron, but if not, i wouldnt mind seeing a lineup like this:

PG: Devin Harris / John Wall / Keyon Dooling
SG: Courtney Lee / Nate Robinson
    SF: CDR / T-Will / Jarvis Hayes
PF: Carlos Boozer / Yi JianLian / (Draft Pick) / Eduardo Najera
C: Brook Lopez / (Draft Pick)

Any other free agents or draft picks that would help please share!!!!!

That would be quite a haul on draft night.

The Nets dont want Boozer–thats why they didn’t trade for him earlier–the Jazz would have taken Rafer Alston, Bobby Simmons and his bad contract but the Nets didn’t want him.

And as a Nets fan how could you really want Boozer!? He sucks. Boozer is in the same boat as Elton Brand–has beens.

Aim higher Nets fans–we can get someone better than Boozer–trust me. If not, then it would even be better to wait for the 2011 free agency rather than splurge on a declining, not athletic, and lockerroom chemistry destroyer.

I must be unaware of the nets draft situation but how do they have two high picks?

Second I think the firing of Lawrence Frank was actually not so bad for the Nets as now coming into 2010 they can not only have a stellar player recruiting they also get to choose a coach

Get Joe Johnson if he is not with the hawks as it will take the ball handling off John Wall or Harris

Nate won’t go to the Nets most likely. Boozers yeah if they pay him he’ll sign.
Draft Wall and trade Harris for future picks and sign a back up pg.
Rebuild with Wall/Lee/Douglas-Roberts/Terrence Williams and Brook Lopez.

KevinDurantRocks- The Nets own the Mavs 1st round pick in the 2010 draft.

The Nets also own the Warriors 1st round pick in 2011 (lottery protected)

If New Jersey plays it smart they can have a legit title contender really soon.
