This is about the $70 million offer he turned to sign with Rich Paul. Paul told him to fire his agent and sign him, that he was a $100 million man. Honestly Nerlens Noel’s an idiot, not just because of this. He’s always been a bonehead. The NBA is a business and Rich Paul is going about his business. Took a high profile signing away from another agent and the commission. Lets be honest he was a fringe NBA guy when he turned down the deal in the first place. He’ll be fine though…

Him turning that money down was just insane considering his injury issues. Still he got a nice deal this summer and it will take him well past a decade in the NBA.
Nerlens is one of these players that it is hard to judge just how well their career is going as his numbers in recent years haven’t been great but he did well enough with the Knicks to get that nice deal this summer and he seems more durable now. Just the sort of player who will likely never be an all star but is carving out a solid career as a good defensive big man.

Yeah. People wanna act like he’s only in his position because he was Lebron’s friend which is just dumb. I bet every 30-40 year old in Akron has a story about being “Lebron’s friend” and not many of them are in Rich Paul’s position. That guy worked can’t just discredit him.
