Need knowledgable basketball personalities for ambitious new project

I am currently in the process of developing a new basketball podcast – titled "The Rip’n’Run Basketball Hour".
I am therefore looking for applicants for the following positions. Who better than the draftnet users…the most knowledgable fans in the world.
The format will be high-energy, opinionated and entertaining. It will be rated MA15+
On-Air talent – Regular segments that cover NBA, NCAA, HS and International. Must be charismatic, funny but above all, knowledgable.
Technical Team – Responsible for website development, creating high quality audio and editing.
Marketing & creative Director – Responsible for increasing exposure and attracting sponsors.
Podcasts will be weekly and free to commence.
Commitment levels can vary, but I’m the boss and will not tolerate substandard work. It will be the best podcast and likely lead to more lucrative commercial opportunities. I will also be covering initial out-of-pocket expenses.
Royalties from future earnings will be shared fairly.
Applications open in 2 weeks, which gives plenty of time to ask questions.

No need to worry about all the web and tech and marketing crap until there’s an actual product.
Don’t postpone, do it now. It’s one of the few times of year where people might want to listen to a new basketball podcast.

I’ll apply for an on air spot. I have plenty of knowledge about not only basketball but recruiting and the NBA as well. I had a player I’ve coached and trained get drafted 2nd round 4 years ago, two years ago a first round pick and per this website I have a player projected in the first round of the 2016 NBA draft as well.

Dont stress if you miss the 1st one. There will be more opportunities. But I still need Audio.
Zach, Due to International Labour Laws, I cant legally hire you lol. But I’ll make you a site mod later today.
Hopefully the First Podcast can go to air Tuesday Morning. So to be part of basketball entertainment history!
