    I’ve noticed there are several HUGE players in the NCAA this year, and I wonder how many of them you think could actually have a shot at playing in the NBA. Here are a few of them;

    1.) Mamadou Ndiaye 7-6/300 JR UC-Irvine 12.1 PPG/7.3 RPG/2.7 BPG

    2.) Tacko Fall 7-6/300 FR UCF 8.5 PPG/5.0 RPG/2.4 BPG

3.) Jean Marc Christ Koumadje 7-4/230 FR Florida St. 1.5 PPG/1.8 RPG/0.5 BPG

    4.) Boris Bojanovsky 7-3/240 SR Florida State 6.6 PPG/4.2 RPG/1.7 BPG

    5.) Prezmek Karnowski 7-2/295 SR Gonzaga 8.8 PPG/5.4 RPG/0.6 BPG

    6.) Tanveer Bhullar 7-3/335 SO New Mexico St. 3.7 PPG/4.1 RPG/0.5 BPG

I believe Ndiaye and Fall have the best chances of becoming NBA players, whereas the others I don’t see it. I know that Jean Marc Christ Koumadje is just a freshman, but he looked AWFUL against North Carolina, and Bojanovsky didn’t look much better.

If Satnam Singh Bhammara(sp?) is good enough to get drafted, all of these players are good enough to get SL invites..

Obviously Koumadje is early in his progression and needs to add plenty of weight, and spend a few years at FSU..  He can really run for someone that size.

Fall’s the best NBA prospect on the list, he’s good enough to go 1-and-done IMHO.

i think out of all the guys you named karnowski has the best chance..when he was a freshman,i thought he had the potential to be  a late 1 or 2nd rounder.his size and ability to score inside reminded me of jeff ruland.

but his game has regressed and combine that with his age, along with a string of injuries.i doubt he gets drafted.

Karnowski by far has the best chance the be a pro in my eyes. Before his injury, I thought he was an mid to late second round prospect. He has really soft hands and a beautiful touch aroud the basket. Can shoot it with either hand. And he is not one of those giants wherein if you throw it to the post to them they all get flustered and forget how to play basketball. He is cool in the post, very patient and can pass well. Although his injury really is a good thing for Sabonis, as now he is starting and putting up beast stats.

Tacko Fall looks like the best athlete of the bunch.

The Big Ant Eater looks like a second rounder to me.

If your team needs a third string center, and lacks a shot blocker on the roster, then give either of those two guys a chance.

Karnowski is hurt.  He is NOT a giant, though.  Probably closer to being a true center in terms of size, instead of a Circus Freak like some of the other guys on this list.

If you are picking in the mid-Teens and have multiple draft picks, why not go with Tacko Fall?

He can block shots and dunk.

How many other things do you need?

It’s like guys who said of Manute Bol, "all he can do is block shots, dunk, and shoot 3’s."

    I mean, well, duh.

    What else is there?

If you are 7’6 you don’t pass.  That’s why God made 6’1 guards.
