Al-Farouq AminuParticipantyou are overrating some of them here even during there prime.
1. Rubio is scoring a bit too much
2. Derozan is scoring too muchGriffin and Thabeet are about right

michaelds911ParticipantThat looks about right, but is this this going off of them reaching their full potential? If so…..
James Harden- 22-25 ppg, 4 reb, 4 assist
Gerald Henderson 20-21 ppg, 6 reb, 3 assist, 2 stl
Stephen Curry 18-19 ppg, 6 assist, 3 rebs

KantParticipantRubio in his best season ever: 16 ppg 8 apg 4 rpg 3 spg
I expect him to improve a lot in scoring and shooting, he’s a good slasher, but 16 ppg for him is quite good. Overall 12-14 ppg. And it is quite hard to reach 10 apg a season…
By the way, you all expect a weak draft and then everyone is scoring for fun? +20 ppg, +6apg if he’s a guard…come on man! They would need to play 40 mpg to average that, be the main offensive weapon and all in all on a very very weak team!
BJ 21 ppg?
Harden +20ppg?0- Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 10:46am #148057
spanishrs77ParticipantOnly a comment,
This stats are with FIBA assists, wich are more difficult to do.
My bet:
Rubio: 12 ppg, 12 apg, 4 rpg, 2 spg
He’s only 18 yeras old, but is quite good.0

rose2dabullzParticipanti think all your stats are a little high on some of these guys..if they were putting up those stats you guys suggest this would be the best draft class ever, and i actually think it is a little weak, if you are not looking for a pg
0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 6:03am #148011
evan13ParticipantMost of yall people are going to be very disapointed when these guys only average half the stats yall are given them. The dude above me knows what he’s talking about.

TONYDABOSS77Participantrubio: 15 pts,10-15 assists,3 steals
griffin:25 pts,10-14 rebounds,1-2 blks
jennings:20-24 pts, 10-12 assists,2-3 stls
harden:20-25 pts,5 reb,4 assists,2 stls
derozan:20 pts,6 rebs,2 assists,1 steal
curry:25 pts,3 rebs,5 assists,2 stls
thabeet:7 pts,10-11 rebs,2-3 blksi know i’ve been leaining towards jennings (i still think he’s the best pg in the 09 draft) but i’ll admit it rubio is the real deal
0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 7:49am #148025
evan13ParticipantAgain, I seriously doubt that there will be a rookie scoring 20 points a game next year
0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 8:11am #148028

Al-Farouq AminuParticipantKeep in mind that this is one of the worse draft classes…
Look at the 06 class, no one is really playin’ well except Roy, Adridge, Rondo, Gay, and Milsap…0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 8:19am #148031
evan13ParticipantWell said Al
0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 8:30am #148035
billykParticipantI think the only player in this draft class that has a chance to averaging 20+ is Griffin (depending on the team he gets drafted to).

michaelds911ParticipantIn the first post it definately says “in their prime”. You guys need to read before you criticize lol.

0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 10:46am #148058

dezzyarnezzParticipantyou can predict how they are gong to be in their prime if you never seen them play in the nba you need to look at the rookie seqson and determines how they will do and these are predictions for the rookie season these are realistic;
Blake Griffin – 20pts 11 reb- 2blk 2 ast
Hasheem thabeet – 9pt, 10reb and 5blks
Rubio 12pts 9 ast 3 rebs 1.5 stls
Harden 15 ppg 4 reb
Brandon Jenings 14pts 7 ast 2 rebs
Demar Dorazon 10pg 5 reb
Steph Curry 17pts 7 ast
Earl Clark 12 5 reb 5 ast
and fuck tyler hansbrough
0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 10:55am #148061
michaelds911ParticipantHerna227 please dont talk about realistic stats when you have Thabeet getting 5 blks a game lolololol. He barely does that in college. He’s not going to get double digit rebounds either.
0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 11:03am #148065
evan13ParticipantI agrea with Herna except for the Thabeet part in which I agree with Michael

YoungChrisKyParticipantBlake Griffin does not have the skill level at this point to come rite in and average 20 points as a rookie. Dont get me wrong i think Griffin wil be a great player. But think about this,If Beasley dominated college basketball with a wider array of skills then Griffin and he’s not even a 20 point average guy i dont see it. However i do think Griffin will be a beast on the boards just by seeing how he attacks every rebound. But 20 point average rite away is unlikely.

Pistol Pete. The PelicanParticipantyou people are carzy
derozan will definitely get more than 20 points and 5 rebounds a game, rubio will eventually be tony parker with steve nash passing0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 4:27pm #148102
billykParticipantI think Griffin could avg around 20+ points in his prime but I dont think any of the other players in this draft will avg 20+ ppg in their prime. Personally in my opinion most of the players in this draft are going to be fringe starters, I dont think we are going to see to many all stars coming out of this draft..
0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 6:58pm #148112
evan13ParticipantI agree with billyk. postaboy, you are crazy
0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 7:10pm #148113
michaelds911ParticipantJames Harden can most def average 20.
0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/02/2009 - 7:48pm #148115

Pistol Pete. The PelicanParticipanti’m crazy, we’re doing this bulletin on one thing mainly and this only matter if these players (hate to say it) fill their potential and if derozan reaches his potential he’s on of the best players on this draft.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/29/2009 - 9:24pm #173154
MattissickParticipantSomeone up there said he doubted anyone would be scoring 20 ppg next year. I think Curry can do that with the Warriors. He will have the green light to shoot whenever he wants.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 06/30/2009 - 10:54am #173316
Stanford hoopsParticipantyou know what..alot of people are saying thabeet wont be any factor on offense but as i watched uconn games i noticed that he actually is pretty mobile and scores at a very nice ate..he doesnt get alot of touched and he shots 64 percent from the field….he wasnt asked to score much because uconn had more then enough options ( aj price, walker, robinson, the other shooting guard, adrien)…alot of people on here only say he has no offense because they hear the writiers say he has no offense..now hes not a juggernaut on offense but hes more then cabable of averaging at least 10pts
0 - Posted on: Tue, 06/30/2009 - 11:33am #173160
Lodzio20ParticipantBlake Griffin- 22 ppg, 11 rpg, 3 apg, 1 bpg
Hasheem Thabeet- 14ppg, 10 rpg, 4 bpg
James Harden- 21 ppg, 5 rpg, 6 apg
Tyreke Evans- 20 ppg, 5 rpg, 5.5 apg
Ricky Rubio- 14 ppg, 10 apg, 4 rpg
Jonny Flynn- 19 ppg, 10 apg, 3 rpg
Stephen Curry- 24 ppg, 6.5 apg, 3.5 rpg
Jordan Hill- 17 ppg, 10 rpg, 2 bpg
DeMar Derozan- 18 ppg, 6 rpg, 3 apg
Brandon Jennings- 18 ppg, 8.5 apg
Jeff Teague- 17 ppg, 7 apg, 4.5 rpg
Terrence Williams- 15 ppg, 6 rpg, 6 apg0 - Posted on: Tue, 06/30/2009 - 1:10pm #173410
ckowalskiParticipantYou know you have 5 rookies averaging a double double? I think that’s a bit much. I’m not even sure there will be one. If Rubio and Flynn both play next year you think the Timberwolves will have at least 20 assists per game? I think that is really high, Rubio and Flynn might have 12 assists between the 2 of them.

Stanford hoopsParticipanti think those are there stats in there prime
0 - Posted on: Tue, 06/30/2009 - 2:09pm #173505

llperezprime or not, if all of those come true, then this draft will be way better then what I predicted. Those are all like best case scenario stats, and it is rare that the top dozen or so players all have best case scenario type careers.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 06/30/2009 - 2:33pm #173538
Stanford hoopsParticipantyeah thats true those are probably best case senerio….i dont think this is the worst draft in history liek some say
