To shoot i use the X button, i dunno about you…but personally i miss more with the shotstick

As for a block of the background i think its more of a tendency thing, i think its more likely to happen when you face the backboard and go for the block

To do the step back fake, you have to hold LT, move the left stick forward and then backward. It all depends on the angle you’re at though and which hand the ball is in.

if u don’t use the shotstick, ur a vagina. it may be more challenging but its the right way shoot. also will variate ur dunks and layups more. with regular controls, the stepback is usually the Y button, but its really a crapshoot. for throwing it off the backboard, the only way i’ve seen it done is if ur chasing down a player from behind and have perfect timing
