fito91ParticipantI love this kid, he’s been a steal so far.
I honestly believe that he has to be the starting point guard for the Bucks next season. The offense just runs so much smoother when he’s on the court. Also, the on-court chemistry him and Giannis have is rare for two rookies. He plays under control and is smart with the ball limiting his turnovers.
He’s not the most athletic player on the floor, but he makes up for it with his court awareness. I thought he’d struggle guarding other point guards, but he has surprisingly been able to stay in front of his man, using his size to his advantage.
Early on his jump shot was a question mark, but he seems to have figured it out and his shooting with more confidence. He also is pretty good at getting to the rim and finishing or drawing the foul.
I’m not saying he’s going to be a star, but he definitely has all the qualities of a decent starting point guard in the NBA.

vulture711ParticipantAs a Sixer fan it sucks as we drafted him and he was sent away as part of Hinkie’s over-dealing in the 2nd round where we had a couple decent picks and ended up with Kasemi who can’t play

The8thDeadlySinParticipantI am a huge Nate Wolters fan. I thought he and Tony Mitchell were both gonna be steals in this draft. Thought both could start right away for bad teams and at least contribute for good ones.

Moon RiverParticipantYou are so correct, especially with his shooting. Early in the season he was over dribbling WAY too much but he has corrected that and the offense does flow better with him. I have been underwhelmed by Larry Drew this year, but have to believe Nick Van Exel has had an influence on Nate.

TRC1991ParticipantCan Wolters and Brandon Knight play together?

fito91ParticipantFrom what I’ve seen Knight and Wolters can play together. However, Larry Drew usually has Knight playing the point and Wolters playing the 2. I feel that they would be much better off with Wolters running the point and Knight playing the 2. I think Knight could be a Jason Terry type that is a scoring punch off the bench.
