How much of a shot do the Kings have to sign Nate Robinson, in your opinion? The Kings need a guard who can spread the floor and make plays when necessary, and Nate seems to be a good fit.

    PG: Udrih, Robinson
    SG: Evans, Garcia
    SF: Casspi, Greene
    PF: Landry, Thompson, Brockman
    C: Dalembert, Cousins, Whiteside

As a Kings fan, I would love this team and they would probably become one of the most exciting young teams in the league. Add another shooter like JJ Redick or Mike Miller, and this team might just have a shot at the 8th seed in the west.

If we could get Robinson that would be amazing. Beno is sufficient for now but we definitely need a spark off the bench or someone who can start a second half with some emotion. I think he would be a good pair with evans. A shooter like redick is good as long as we don’t overpay for him and with all the bad contracts that have already been given this week, i am afraid that we would overpay for someone like that.

I don’t think we are ready for the playoffs this year so maybe just adding someone like Robinson for now and develop the young guys and go get a shooter next off-season or see if someone wants to dump a player before the trade deadline.

He won’t sign for a below average team to be a back up.

    That’s not Hawesome! lol

But I’m against the Nate to Sacramento idea. We’re a young team and we don’t need to bring in a guy who has not exactly been known as a great lockerroom guy. Sure, in Boston he was kept in check but he was surrounded by veterans. On a young, losing team I can’t see Nate behaving as he should.

Nate would be exciting to watch, but I don’t think he’s the best option to help this team. I’d rather we sign JJ Redick and leave it at that (although as a RFA it’s unlikely we’ll get him–plus he said he wants to stay in Orlando)

Above post says it exactly ..Nate was terrible on a young losing team .. only behaved when surrounded bye Vets who wont take his lip …… In Sacramento he would have to be the calm respected Voice .. and that would be a disaster .. he wouldn’t give the respect to the young guys … well IMO he would not .. I see a over payed disaster.. and he would demand to start on a young team …

IMO Ridnour is a better option .. handles the ball plays smart would not complain about being a back up … sure we don’t gain defense from him … but no defense would come with Nate either … Luke had what 10 points and 5.6 assist backing up BJ …. I would take that …

Cant forget Garcia is going to score what 15 and 4 RBs if he comes back to pre-injury form ?

Sac is in better shape than some realize.
