cward23ParticipantSo we just lost to Team Stackhouse. His team is
Harrison Barnes
P.J Hariston
John Henson
StackhouseP.J Hariston Range is ridiculous. He also has bounce.
Henson was to long for anyone to guard on the offensive boards
Harrison scored when he wanted to and was scoring from mid range,Deep,Reverse lay-upsStackhouse still has it and was locking me down when he was guarding me but i still finished with 16. He also has a hell of a mid range game
I got to watch a team consisting of Austin Rivers,Nolan Smith,Seth Curry, And the younger Plumlee. They played Rahseed Wallace,Leslie McDonald,Dexter Strickland
Austin is a Monster simple put. He breaks ankles,Hits from deep, and has more bounce than i thought. He came down the lane and half way windmill on some 6’8 dude that plays for N.C State. Leslie McDonald was beasting out there with long jumpers and drives. He also crossed up Seth and made him fall. Dexter Strickland was driving past Nolan Smith most of the second half (First half Smith was playing good D. Rasheed was scoring a little but mostly letting the young guys do work.

WizardofOzParticipantI heard John Wall was supposed to be on Team Stackhouse. It list him on the team roster on the official website. http://www.ncproam.com/rosters.html And he said on his twitter that he was going to play in the Pro Am. Maybe he’ll arrive late?
It aslo says that Stackhouse was supposed to be coaching, but he played, so I guess it’s wrong.

NJHooper95ParticipantDexter Strickland is the overlooked guy on that stack North Carolina team. I think Strickland should have went to the Big East. He will win at Carolina, but he would have flourished Individually somewhere else. He is a combo guard with great athleticism, still needs to learn how to run a team and improve jumper. He had a good jumpshot in High School. Looks more like confidence than mechanics. I hope he doesnt get lost in the shuffle at UNC.

akhan786Participant@cward you played at the NC Pro Am!!??? Goddam you must be good. They don’t let highschool players play anymore and I was hoping for an invite.
Also, Mcdonald didn’t drop Seth Curry I saw the play and McDonald dropped number 2 in the black and I can’t really pronounce his name it’s something like Deloach.
Haha my hats off to you, scoring 16 in the Pro Am is something else especially considering Andre Dawkins scored 16 as well.

OnionsParticipantHighlights from that day:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xGfCJdi0dw&feature=player_embedded
Taken from the folks at Inside Carolina so it’s the highlights of the UNC players.
I was there for the first two games. Crowd was nuts with Rivers, Sheed, McDonald, and everyone. It was up there with the UNC – State players game from last year. Love the atmosphere.
