jjonzParticipantI think the BRoy/LA was fantastic for the Blazers.
One that i was excited about was TChandler/ECurry. But it never materialized into anything beyond more lottery picks.
Also KD & Jeff Green, 2 & 5th picks in the Draft.
What tandem would gives Cavs and A++++ if they were able to draft them.
My picks would be KIrving & DWilliams, if Cavs can get both of those players that would be great. They have 30mill in assests to make more moves.

Memphis MadnessParticipantBack in the day the Lakers traded for Kobe on draft day and also drafted Derek Fisher. That was a pretty good draft day tandem that yielded 5 titles in the same offeason that they signed Shaq. Also, the Lakers came away with Travis Knight who was a decent backup center for a few years. Probably the best offseason ever.
Another good Thunder draft: Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka.
An underrated draft tandem was Pau Gasol (draft day trade with Atlanta) and Shane Battier. Pau and Shane take the Grizzlies to their first ever playoff berths, and Pau also becomes their first ever all-star. After that run is over, they turn Pau and Shane into Marc Gasol, Darrell Arthur, enough cash to sign Zach Randolph, Rudy Gay, and an older Shane Battier who really helped the Grizzlies in their playoff push and hit the 3 that won them their first ever playoff game (who they might have gotten back when they traded Thabeet along with a guy they might have drafted with one of the Gasol trade picks (DeMarre Carrol).

Chilbert arenasParticipantI thought Cedric Simmons and Hilton Armstrong was a great twin tower tandem for the Hornets, I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Also..
I was wrong about the Marcus Williams Josh Boone draft in ’06 for Nets.

French FlairParticipantBack in 1956
Bill Russell (2nd choice traded by St Louis) & Tom Heinsohn (territorial pick).
They just won 8 rings together for the C’s.

ghettosermonParticipantLaPhonso Ellis and Bryant Stith were a nice lottery duo for the Nuggets. Neither were stars but both were solid contributors for the Nuggets for a number of years.
