PulseGlazerParticipantTop 10 in points per possession and efficiency on post ups, spots ups and isolations. Tonight, he ate Andrew Wiggins alive to the tune of 2-11. Is there any question that he’s a top 10 player at this point?

Reptilian MonkParticipantKawhi is a top 10 player in the league. He is a great 2 way player, excellent defender and very well rounded. He use to smoke mad marijuana back at King, super smart deep thinker stoner dude.

MopgrassParticipantI don’t think stoners are deep thinkers so much as they think really hard about and are blown away by basic things in life.

HitsterParticipantKawhi must be a lock for the All Star game this year. I agree that he has to be considered a top 10 NBA player now, somewhere in the 7-10 range off the top of my head I’d say.

SnowtaParticipantI’m always amazed at how physically imposing he is. His length, strength, and hands just smother opponents and he’s really figured out how to use these attributes on the offensive end as well. I’m just amazed how good his shot and handle have become. Kawhi dominated Wig last year and I was really interested to see how they matched up this year. Wig was actually asked during shootaround yesterday about his struggles last year against Kawhi. He responded that he is a different player this year physically and mentally and it seemed he felt more confident coming into the matchup. Well, the first play of the game Wig tried to go at him and Kawhi completely blocked him basically just snatching the ball out of the air. Kawhi will be a great measuring stick for Wig as he grows and progresses through the years. On a side note, how good is Duncan still defensively?? 4 blocks yesterday on very aggressive drives and just controlled the paint. As a lifelong Wolves fan I’ve always hated the Spurs, but they are amazing and yes, Kawhi is a top-10 player in the NBA.

Memphis MadnessParticipantKawhi is slowly but surely making himself a LOCK for the 2016 RIO Team.
I don’t care WHERE you put the guy, he’s gotta be on the team.
He is also a guy who POSSIBLY single-handedly kept the Spurs dynasty alive.
WITHOUT Kawhi, this Spurs team is just an even older version of the one that got upset by the Grizzlies in the first round. Yeah, they don’t get back to the Finals, and I am not sure they can even sign a great free agent like Aldridge. I THINK the Spurs core would have been blown up by now, if it weren’t for Kawhi Leonard.
If he gets the DPOY award again, then I would assume he is on a short list of guys to win the award in back to back years…
Now I am trying to think of guys with MULTIPLE DPOY’s AND a Finals MVP. Not sure there are any…
Could be 3rd right now in the MVP race ahead of EVERYBODY in the league not named Steph or LeBron. Depending on how you feel about the Thunder’s Dynamic Duo, Kawhi is no lower than 5 right now in the MVP race.
Finally, you look at Kawhi as maybe the only guy that can derail the historical Golden State Warriors ThermoNuclear Runaway Train.

canadabasketballisrisingParticipantI agree with Memphis. My LOCKS are: curry, westbrook, lebron, durant, leonard, PG13, and Davis.
With Harden, (Paul, Wall, or Irivng), (Thompson, Butler, or Melo), Cousins, and Griffin, right there.

CobraParticipant12 man roster, right?
Curry/Westbrook
Leonard/Harden
Durant/George
James/Griffin
Green/Davis
That’s a perfect basketball team, especially for international ball. I would have Drummond or Cousins as an extra big and Paul, Irving, or Butler as an extra guard.

canadabasketballisrisingParticipantWithout question now he is top 10;
coming into the season he was on the fence for sure.

SubZeroParticipantDefinitely top 10. I think top 5 is a lock with Lebron, Durant, Curry, Davis, and Westbrook in some order. After that, it’d probably be Kawhi, Blake, Cousins, Harden and George in some order. So 6-10 range, I’d say

PulseGlazerParticipantI don’t know if Davis is a lock for top 5 for now. Depending on opponent and team, I may prefer Kawhi or George to him if my goal were to win games for this year. In the future, no contest, but not yet.
