DunksNJordans23ParticipantWhat’s the most interesting story occuring right now? The potential season long NBA lockout, Andre Drummond aka "The Decision part 2 (college edition)", Jereme Richmond (smh) possible 10 years in jail.
To me the most interesting is the Jereme Richmond case. He had a chance to show what he was made of at U of I if he stay for his sophomore year but decided to leave and now he could be looking at 10 years in jail and never playing in the NBA. At 19 years old that’s a pretty harsh reality to face.

LazarusMunozParticipantNBA Lockout by far…its looking more and more likely that this season will be lost and thats the worst thing possible for any basketball fan!

DunksNJordans23ParticipantI feel you on that one for sure, I think I’m still coming down from a high off the story about Richmond. Someone with so much promise made such unfortunately bad choices and look where it landed him. The NBA really needs this lockout to end and have all 82 games played, this past year was one of the most exciting seasons we’ve seen in years. There was soo many stories like the 2.5 men of Miami, Dirk staying loyal to Dallas knocking off the defending champs and eventually winning the championship, D-Rose youngest MVP, the Spurs showing their age(maybe?), Memphis Grizzlies!, all that Carmelo drama, and last but not least Blake Griffen. Next season only seems more promising with all the large market teams with loads of potential and let’s not forget there’s a certain somebody named Dwight Howard who might be moved.

Toronto16ParticipantI’m interested to know where Andre Drummond is going to end up. The lock out has no new news to talk about anyway. Imagine he signs with UNC or Kentucky, we have a college superteam!

Im Your FatherParticipantChurchboy, I think the general consensus about Drummond is UCONN or NBA. I don’t think Kentucky, UNC or Duke for that matter think they have even an outside shot.
