JCBaca15ParticipantMason plumlee to boston is a little questionable, and how is oladipo better then waiters, mcgary to sacramento is a no to high plus they already gave up on thomas robinson who I assume will ultimatley be better than mcgary..

TRC1991ParticipantWhy would Atlanta draft 2 centers?

I think Olidipo is the best guy available. I like Waiters more as a combo guy off the bench.
Or they can go small with a Kyrie, Olidipo, and Dion Waiters perimeter attack.0 - Posted on: Sat, 04/13/2013 - 9:45am #762655

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantI don’t think Cleveland will draft another combo-guard after JUST drafting Waiters last season.
Did the Pistons give up on Brandon Knight at PG?
Sacramento already failed the “hustle PF next to Cousins” with Robinson, I think it’s time they start looking for other pieces instead of wasting picks.
I don’t think Portland takes ANOTHER big while they still have Aldridge, Hickson, Leonard.

King CaluchaParticipantI agree that Cleveland wouldn’t take Oladipo. However he’s not a combo guard despite his size, he’s a swingman (like Tony Allen).

JoeWolf1Adam’s size and defensive potential will take him off the board long before 29.

NJBrown5ParticipantWhile I too feel that Oladipo may have a “better” career than Otto Porter when all is said and done, I just don’t see Porter falling past the Cavs at #4; it’d be an absolute storm for Cleveland if he’s available. A starting five of Irving, Waiters, Porter, Thompson, and Varejao with a developing Zeller off the bench, along with (potentially) Gibson, Leuer, and Speights? I just don’t see them passing up the opportunity to fill out their starting five, and by replacing Gee and/or Casspi? Too perfect to pass up.
Should Cleveland feel as though Porter isn’t the right man for you, I definitely don’t see Detroit doing the same and allowing Porter to fall past them. A starting five of Knight, Singler, Porter, Monroe, and Drummond (given time to grow and mature together) could be very, very dangerous. Even if Knight ends up as Detroit’s shooter, it still helps to fill out the bench by moving Singler to a sixth man role, and Stuckey and Bynum (and possibly Calderon) to fill out the backcourt. I just don’t see Porter falling past one -if not both -of these teams.
