nateoak10Participant1. TWolves – Jonas Valanciunas – I think they trade the pick but for the sake of making a pick they go with Jonas simply cause of potential. He’s a great rebounder and shot blocker and is pretty mobile and a good defender. He’s the best fit for the Wolves since Williams would either be in Beasley or Love’s spot , Khan loves Rubio so Irving imo is out of the picture as well and Perry Jones is too similar to Randolph
2. Wizards – Derrick Williams – Blatche is not a great starting PF and they lack a SF. DWill can play both for them.
3. Cavs – Kyrie Irving – With Williams gone I think they go with Irving. I think he’s the best player from this class and even though PG isn’t a huge need this is a bad class and someone like Irving at 3 is a steal
4. Toronto – Enes Kanter – Pretty simple, they lack a center and he’s a center
5. Kings? – Perry Jones – They need a SF and a PF and with Jones they can experiment with both spots . His high upside at 5 is enough warrant to pick him
6. Jazz – Alec Burks – They have long needed a SG and Burks is a very solid scorer and defender.
7. Pistons – Terrence Jones – They could use help at both forward spots and need a replacement for Prince since he is a free agent
8. Cavs – Vesley – They need a SF and Vesley’s stock is rising pretty fast.
9. Bucks – Brandon Knight – I think they go with a wing scorer and although Kemba is the best one available I doubt Skiles puts out a 5’11 SG. Knight plays a Terry type role
10. Cats – Donatas – They need a PF and scoring really bad
11. GSW – Leonard – BPA for the W’s , Leonard is a very good defender which is what we need
12. Jazz – Freddette – Shocker! Lol but really I can’t see Jimmer going anywhere else
13. Suns – Kemba – BPA when Kemba is left at 13 seems obvious. They need some wing scoring since they will have some major FA’s this year and Hill is getting old
14. Rockets – Marcus Morris – The Rockets are always looking for deph upfront

bigblackNbeautifulParticipantI hate how people automatically think Utah is taking Jimmer…. also Kemba is not going to be there at 13

thunderbear82ParticipantI don’t like Jimmer, with the Jazz, I don’t know how much you watch them but, he wouldn’t fit there style at all. The timberwolves would not take Jonas first, If they wanted him they could trade down and most likely get him. I don’t think the bucks would draft a PG with already having Jennings on the team.

nateoak10ParticipantYeah I think they’ll trade as well but I didn’t want to include a hypothetical trade
You could maybe do one between the Kings and Wolves where Kyrie is taken 1st and Jonas 5th

nateoak10ParticipantWell I said above that the Wolves could trade down for him. Draft express and has Jonas top 5 as well. Have you ever seen him? He has serious Gasol potential. Who would be a good fit for the Wolves ?Irving ? Got Rubio. Williams? Beasley/Love. Kanter? Love and Kanter is a terrible fit. Jones? Similar to Randolph
And Turkey is delicous no matter what.

PlatypusParticipantSac Town and Kemba would work great. He is a guy who can play off the ball great with Tyreke. and Justin Harper in the 2nd round for a big off the bench to stretch the floor
Future of SacTown with Kemba
Walker – Evans – 2012 draft – Thompson – Cousins
Udrih – Thorton – Greene – Harper – Whiteside

koppa33ParticipantT-Wolves will draft Williams or Irving if they keep the pick. David Kahn is the GM and he is by far the worst GM in the NBA. Look at past drafts, he will draft mutiple players that play the same position. And Perry Jones will never play the 5, to weak and soft to play the 5. The Kings need a pg or a atheltic wing (Burks). I think the Kings will try and trade up with the Wolves or Wizards.

nateoak10ParticipantI never said Perry Jones will play the 5 , I said he is similar to Randolph who is a PF

nateoak10ParticipantDo you not like it just cause of the Jonas pick? Is that the only reason why you dont like it? What if I simply flipped around the Cavs and wolves and Jonas was the 4th pick? Is it the outside look of Jonas being 1st that bothers you?

JimmeredYaWabafetParticipanthes compared to scrubs and that is the reason why u got -9 though i disagree with it,anyway Kahn is into Euros so either way u shouldnt of been hated on,also Kemba is sort big now most users may want him in the top 7 at least

SwatLakeCityParticipantPossibly the worst lottery I’ve ever seen. Jonas will not go first. Draftexpress always rates international players extremely high and they almost always go later then they have them going. So don’t always trust draftexpress. They are a little biased towards international players. The Wolves have possibly the worst GM in the world and he often does draft guys that he already has the position field. Do you not remember in 2009 when he drafted Rubio and Flynn one right after the other and then drafted Ty Lawson at 18? That tells you right there that team need does not matter to David Kahn. He could select Perry just because of potential. Kemba is not going 13th he will go higher guaranteed. If Vesely is still available for the Jazz at 6, then they will pick him, they need a guy like him especially since AK will probably sign elsewhere in the offseason.
Just because Jimmer goes to BYU does not mean the Jazz will draft him. I hate people who say that. They can get more value at their picks. And Kemba is a PG not a wing player. He’s a good shooter but he can pass too. Did you even watch the tourney. Kemba proved in the tourney that he is more then just a scorer. I actually think the Cavs with the 8th pick.
