     Raptors passing on Harrison Barnes for Austin Rivers really ? don’t they need help at Small Foward ? why not take the best SF on the board

      Feel the same way … Austin Rivers is a high risk but maybe a high reward but Harrison Barnes is a safe pick to become a solid piece .. maybe not a superstar but a complementry piece
