cryan03Participantwww.nbadraft.net/nba_mock_drafts/28255/edit
My second mock draft – want to see what you guys think.
Couple of things:
I saw that Cleveland wants a G that can play with Irving and back him up so I have them taking Joe Young who I saw has a first round promise.
Saw that Spurs have apparently promised Anthony Brown that they’ll take him at 26.
Saw that Jarrell Martin has a mid-first round promise. Just have a feeling that Boston is the team that promised him, they have a bunch of draft picks so maybe they take a chance on him at 16.
I have Kelly Oubre being the guy that drops in the draft. Seems like every year there is that 1 guy that falls and I just have a feeling that teams are going to pass on the potential guy Oubre and take a more proven guy. May be wrong though.

kobyzParticipantIs 9th place not too high for someone who can’t create his own shot?

ChicagoCaseyParticipantI would take Klay Thompson that high. He have prototypical size and he have elite shooting ability. Add to that he’s the yougest player in the draft.

kobyzParticipantHe is not the pure scorer that klay is, he might not gonna score 38 point in a game ever, not only a quarter…

cryan03ParticipantCharlotte desperately needs to improve there outside shooting and Booker defintely helps out. With him being so young, I think creating his own shot is something that he can work on and improve him. Got great size for the 2 guard and I think he would be tough to pass at #9.

mgreener_34ParticipantJefferson, Zeller, Biyombo, Vonleh…adding Turner to that mix is idiotic because it means you’re giving up on two of the last 3 picks you’ve had in the lottery

kobyzParticipantNo it’s idiotic not to draft someone if he’s better from what you have just for not admitted you were wrong with past draft picks… Turner has potential to be high level starter cause he’s two way player who’s skills fit great today nba… Also Biyombo is FA and Jefferson is in last year of contract and might not be in the future plans of the team…

WinterSoldierParticipantOubre at 27 isn’t happening. I know the site is saying he’s going 25 and that isn’t even going to happen.

CoachWyersParticipantRumored promise for Jarrell Martin is the Bucks. As of now I don’t believe it neither nbadraft.net or draftexpress have it in their mocks and they are usually on top of the promises as it gets closer to the draft.
