portland would not take another sg… portland has great depth at both guard positions… they would most definitely take blair if he fell to them (which is not going to happen)

Budinger and T-Will are much better prospects than James. Plus Budinger can shoot

Damion killed Budinger in a Toronto workout last week. Too strong for him and shoots way better than people think. Shot over 40% from the 3 point line his sophomore year. Blair’s medical issues are huge red flags. Portland has depth everywhere.

One more thing If I’m the Raptors I would trade the 9 Pick to Portland for Rudy Fernandez… Portland would accept asap.
