SwatLakeCityParticipantOne of the best I’ve seen, looks very similar to mine. Although here a few suggestions:
Kings do have a need at PF, so Motie is not a bad pick, but they have an even bigger need at PG. The Kings truly need Irving but if he is not available which is very likely than they would still consider Brandon Knight, because he is not to bad either and not far off from Irving. They need a PG so badly, that I think they would consider drafting a little earlier than expected.
Phoenix does not really have a need at PF. They have Channing Frye and while he isn’t the best and certainly not going to make up for Amare he will certainly do. They also have two other needs that I think are bigger than there PF "need" (if you can call it that) PG, and SG. If Jimmer is available at 13, then you can bet they will select him even though they already have Aaron Brooks. Why: 2 reasons. One, as you probably Steve Nash will soon retire so the Suns obviously need a replacement, two, I personally do not trust Aaron Brooks to be a serviceable replacement to Steve Nash. He had his chance in Houston and blew it. When he was injured, Kyle Lowry took his place and did very well, but when Brooks came back from injury he basically let Brooks retake his starting spot. He did not prove that he deserved it back. Instead he just cried and whines. I don’t know about you but I don’t want a crybaby replacing Steve Nash. Considering that Jimmer possess the same shooting ability that Nash has (if not, better than his), and he is hard worker, and willing to learn and get better, the Suns will most definitely take a look at Jimmer if available at 13.
I’m pretty much the only on this site who thinks this, but I seriously think that Motie will slip a couple spots, because of more serious team needs from Washington(SG/SF), Sacramento(PG/SF/PF), Detroit(C/PG), Cleveland(SG/PG/SF), and Charlotte (SF/PG). I truly think that Motie will slip to 10 where Milwaukee will be selecting. They have a more serious need at SG, but seeing as Burks is only SG worthy of going in the top 10, he will probably go higher to Utah (right, where you have him so no problem there), they might want to consider their second PF. Even though they already have Larry Sanders, they still might want to consider drafting Motie because a combo of him Bogut would be something special. Bogut is probably the perfect player down low next to him. If Motie reaches his true potential, he and Bogut would be quite a combo that would be hard to pass up if available. I truly think he will be available because teams ahead of the Bucks have other more pressing needs than PF.
So I would change where you have positioned Motiejunas, Brandon Knight, and Jimmer Fredette. That’s all I saw. Very good mock, one of the best I’ve seen. And yes it does look very similar to mine. (I did not look at the entire mock, and after looking over it a second there are a few other mistakes I see, but those are certainly the biggest that I noticed)
