paradigmnParticipantMITCH McGARY…the #2 player in the class of 2012 just committed to Michigan!!! This might be the biggest recruit in UofM history since C-Webb and company committed to the Maze in Blue back in the early 90’s.
I really like McGary’s game and he was one of the FIRST posts I ever made on NBA Draft.Net (to MIXED reviews) http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/mitch-mcgary-blowing
I am originally from Michigan (The D!!!) and I have been to Ann Arbor many times in my life…truely one of the best college atmospheres in the nation….Congrats to the Wolverines….they just got a "DIAPER DANDY" in McGary. Here is a quick player profile of McGary with a bunch of videos.

mikeyvthedonParticipantHuge grab for the Wolverines. Also really like Glenn Robinson III and Canadian Nik Stauskas. They are both wing guys, with Robinson being the son of former Purdue and NBA star Glenn "Big Dog" Robinson. They only have 3 graduating Seniors, so I do not know if they have other available scholarships, but they have a lot of promising young players. Tim Hardaway Jr. looked legit as a frosh last year, hopefully he stays around to team up with a huge post player like McGary. John Beilein seems like a money coaching hire, definitely a good time for Michigan Wolverine basketball fans (not saying I am one in particular, but if you are).

Dale WorthingtonParticipantWow, this is huge. Did not see this coming given Coach Beilein’s difficulty developing big men and reeling in top recruits. Damn, this is tight.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantMitch’s interview with Pro Basketball Draft PART 1…….Earlier in the summer i heard Jerry West compare this kid to a young Bill Walton…..And he’s hanging around pro players..I think he might give the nba a shot at summer….

WizardofOzParticipantGlad he didn’t go to Duke. 🙂

akhan786ParticipantThough it was a foregone conclusion that he was going to Michigan. I couldn’t really tell a definitive reason WHY he wanted to go to Michigan over say some schools like UNC, Kentucky, and Duke who was in his top two?

JaeEvolutionParticipantCan someone give me a quick breakdown of how these guys can go to school late, and how they can commit for the 2012 draft guys like Mitch McGary and Shabazz Muhammad, I’m so confused.
