Fuzzy DunlopParticipantTheir GM John Hammond did a great job of cleaning up his own mess. Maggette and Salmons stunk it up this year and somehow he got both of them of the books for a better defender in Stephen Jackson (still overpaid) and a decent backup PG in Beno Udrih (still overpaid).
Next move – get rid of Drew Gooden

river09Participanti dunno.. I feel like they aren’t necessarily going to win more games because of those deals…. though jackson is definitely a upgrade over salmons and maggette..

Anton123ParticipantDrew Gooden was injured for most of the season, I think when healthy he’s the best power forward on their roster right now (Luc Mbah is more of a SF). I don’t see why they need to get rid of him.
The bucks have a bit of a logjam on the PG position (Jennings, Udrih, Livingston, Dooling), if they trade one of them for a starting PF, moving Gooden to the bench I see this being a 5th-6th seed team in the East next year.
