 I don’t know why Phil hasn’t called this guy! All he’s asking for is 3 million. He’s literally perfect for the triangle and a guy who would compliment Carmelo. He’s a sniper, knows how to run a team, great passer, defends and plays super hard, can play the 2, and he’s a big PG. Kinda like Ron Harper in a way. If I was NYK, I sign Milos, develop assests, be ready to make an offer to Philly when they decide they can’t play Noel and Okafor together, and try to trade for Noel. Keep Porzingis and whatever developments he can make, you take. 

Milos is 28 and Grant is 22, so by the time Grant reaches his prime, Milos is at the tail-end of his career. They switch roles in the rotation, but it’s great cause they can play together on the floor cause of Milos’ versatility.

His issues defensively are because he’s lacking in the athletic department, but if you watch him play he sits down, gives space, stays solid, doesn’t gamble, does what he can to stay in front. He’s even a really good communicator on D, always talking. He just cannot stay in front of quick guards and gets physically overpowered vs big guards.  Now take his weaknesses defensively and put them on a gambler and flopper who quits on plays and sticks to screens.  You’d get what Teodosic is defensively.   And yet he could reprise the Ron Harper role? Get a clue.

 No way.  Teodosic should stay overseas and remain a star.  He’d get absolutely ran through defensively in the NBA and he wouldn’t be able to dominate the ball the way he wants to in the triangle either, which is not a very PnR heavy system.  He’d just be a guy in the NBA and I don’t think his ego would be able to handle that.  Given how temperamental he is I could see him flaming out.

I’d rather give Nando de Colo another shot.  I thought he got a raw deal last time he was in the NBA.  He’s a better defender and with his less ball-dominant style I think he’d be a better fit for the triangle.

 I just hope you can respectively see that this year, Houston had Jason Terry start and have to guard Chris Paul for one whole series, and won… And all Terry can do is just shoot. I personally can see Milos do Terry’s job at least twice as good. That’s my opinion.

If you watched him play, then you know Teodosic can play off the ball. He has very good off-ball movement and his range has no limits. He would definitely start in a lot of NBA teams. Defensively he would struggle containing the most athletic guys. It’s really difficult for me not to like such a smart player.
