valentineim not sure if you other nba leauge pass people have been watching the heat but ive been watching and i noticed mikes defense has gotten better..he still has a lil ways to go but he isnt the bad defender that he was before..im watching him against the bulls and hes doing a good job on tyrus..same case with the other teams they have played..also he is starting to go after rebounds alot harder then he did last year

The Big Oi want to see him defend the quicker ballhandling wings not Tyrus Thomas
use his SF position and use his size advantage against them
and get out and fill the lanesI’m doubtful…is he still slow footed? I really think he is on his way

td8118ParticipantYeah if you watched today….The talent is definitely still there, His game is going to come from being a mismatch problem

IndianaBasketballParticipantTyrus Thomas isn’t exactly an offensive threat, plus he’s an undersized power forward. Like it was mentioned aboved, I want to see him defend quicker small forwards on the perimeter.

TheAlchemistBig deal. It’s Tyrus “6’7 200 lbs” Thomas he’s guarding, not Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett or Pau Gasol. Lets see what happens then!

IndianaBasketballParticipantHe’s probably gotten better, but defending Tyrus Thomas isn’t a good way to judge his improvements.
