NorthernLights666ParticipantIf Golden State is looking to dump salary in order to sell would they do this trade? What team would say no to this trade, would all three teams say no? If no, who else from which of these three teams would have to be given up and which of three teams would they have to be sent to to make it work? This trade works financially.
Golden State:
Zach Randolph – 1 year left on contract
Hasheem Thabeet – 1 year left on contract if they don’t pick up option
Darrell Arthur – 1 year left on contract if they don’t pick up option
Hamed Haddadi – 1 year left on contract
Wayne Ellington – 1 year left on contract if they don’t pick up optionMinnesota:
Andris Beidrins
Anthony Randolph
OJ Mayo
Charlie BellMemphis:
Al Jefferson
Monta Ellis
Jonny FlynnLineups after trade, assuming Golden State resigns Reggie Williams and Anthony Tolliver, CJ Watson picks up his Player Option, Memphis resigns Rudy Gay and Ronnie Brewer and Minnesota signs Nikola Pekovic.

Mr.Knick 32ParticipantYou must be a Minnesota fan. You get Biedrens ( Solid Starter), Randolph ( potential all star) and Mayo ( Future All Star)
for
Flynn ( average), Jefferson and Ellington?

NorthernLights666Participantknicksboy32,
Didn’t know Top 10 Draft Pick 21 year old PGs can be considered average after only one year, shit, glad you’re not the GM of my team. At this point I’d rather have him than Mike Conley.

Durantula-35ParticipantJonny Flynn’s pretty good

TRC1991Participantjonny flynn doesnt get nearly enough respect on here…hes a rookie starter averaging 14 and 4 a game..hes only going to get better when they put some scorers around him and get rid of jefferson who causes the offense to stall cuz hes a back to the basket only type guy

Mr.Knick 32ParticipantI don’t value Flynn high. I don’t think he will ever be a top 10 PG in the game.
Your telling me your giving up Jonny Flynn ( Who the GM values so much, he’s willing to take a lesser pick the following season for him), Al Jefferson ( Who doesn’t have high value- Shown by all the deals rejected this offseason) and Ellington ( at best a backup shooter) and your getting 3 legit Starters for it?
That’s not a equal trade to me.

nateoak10Participantnot so much everyone else, riley said there is no fire sale so the report on this site looks false. Everyone is available for the right price, but AR and Monta are held so high here we would need potential all stars in return

Mr.Knick 32ParticipantWhy lose Biedrens? I like him. He’s a rebounder and a tough man inside from what I saw.
NY would love to have him lol

JJeff6ParticipantJonny Flynn will average 17 and 6 this year. and he will only get better after that. i think jonny fylnn will be extremely serviceable for his entire NBA career.

redblackParticipantPeople need to remembet that Rambis is trying to install the triangle. It’s not the easiest system for a pg to learn

memphisgriz731Participantthe only problem with that from the griz point of view is we’re paper thin at the 4/5 now

kanebangerParticipantflynn isnt that good which i have been saying ever since they drafted him and i get negged ever time i say it. But he Is like the 5th best PG out of last years draft how can you consider him so good? Hes lazy, isnt that great of a passer isnt a great finisher or shooter. Hes mediocre in every sense of the word

McWinningParticipantWell obviously that word isnt in the dictionary.
Hes explosively quick, and athletic, great finsisher, pretty good passer, decent mid range game, he has a big heart, and isnt lazy at all.
If he wasnt playing in the triangle (sorry but it doesnt work without a Kobe, or MJ, Webster can step in and be a decent starter but nowhere near that) his numbers would be way up, and i think he could of been in contention for rookie of the year.
Hopefully Rambis will realize if you dont have the players for a system, dont use that system, and switch it up.
