 do you think next season the grizzlies could possibly reach the confrence finals or even the nba finals just three years ago the grizz traded gasol and so many sports reportes badmouthed the organization but props is due memphis has created an overall great team that has offense defense a good bench  three point shooting a decent coach , seeing them play the spurs was a wake up where out with the old an in the new i see the grizz emerging like the thunder where they now have arrived , great pickups of tony allen and battier i think the two key players for this team heading down the road will be the improvement of conley and gasol if they can become a great pg c combo for this team with the addition of star power from randolph and gay this team could become one of the top teams in the nba.

with rudy gay coming back into the main rotation do u think this will be  a positibve or negative will he be demanding to many touches taking away from other players, it seems oj mayo has taken a jr smith type role if they can keep him happy u have a good 6th man there. also i think the grizz made an overall good choice in keeping conley over lowry the last few years conleys been questioned on wether he could run the  team and critcism of the team was that it had bad ball movement everybody wanted to set up there own offense , i think every year conley is becoming more comfotable with being the point for this team

 Memphis is loaded with talent.. i believe battier is a free agent none the less there loaded with talent ..also have henry who was there first round pick last year.. memphis will be very exciting.. i hope rudy takes his game to the next level and im postive he will fit right in and not demand touches..
