don042488ParticipantSeems more likely the Knicks will shut down Carmelo Anthony sooner rather than later, and by doing so that means he won’t start in the 2015 All-Star game despite being one of the lead frontcourt players, for a starting lineup spot. If Melo does indeed sit the rest of the season, who do you feel is the most deserving player to take his starting spot in the 2015 All-Star game? I would have to Paul Millsap, he’s been a beast this season and has help lead the Hawks to one of the best records in the NBA

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantDoes the coach decide or does it just go to the player next in line with the highest number of votes (Bosh in this case)?

benny15ParticipantAs far as the roster spot is concerned, yes. The coach though is still the one who decides who will start. It doesn’t necessarily means its got to be a forward as well.

ZachAttackParticipantI think Paul Millsap is definitely the one who should get it. I watched him play last night against the Jazz and even though they’re horrible, he still played a great game against them. I think he should be the one to get the starter nod.

tuck243ParticipantIt’s in his hometown… Doesn’t really make sense for him to sit out… I think once the break is over he might sit out…
