MARYLAND vs Number 5 Pittsburg

So far we are not playing as well as we should be. Missing free throws (0-7) our two best players are in foul trouble and had to sit. But as us Maryland fans know, we score by committee most of the time when our best players are off. And yet we are still only down 4 going into halftime thanks to a run by Pittsburgh against our freshmen Hopefully we can pull it out and continue to play our usual tough Maryland defense.

I didn’t see the 1st half but I heard that Pittsburg went on a 21-4 run. OUCH! But still, Maryland is fighting and their not giving up.

Make the tournament again. People who don’t really follow Maryland basketball always doubt the players. Most will be like ” I didn’t know cliff Tucker was that good”. We will lose games but we will be much better by the middle of the acc conference play

Jordan Williams needs to step up.

I don’t know about Maryland making the tournament. There a good team I beleive but I don’t know if there gonna be able to win those 50/50 games.

I think Gibbs is better then Fisher but not Wayns. Villanova is not gonna win the Big East. Syracuse should be taking that league.

Gibbs is a better shooter than both, and he’s more clutch, but I don’t see him as a better overall player than Wayns or Fisher right now either. Gibbs really struggles to create his own shots putting the ball on the floor, and that’s a problem with him being only 6’1 or so. He also struggles even worse finishing at the rim.

I can’t express how disappointed I am in Sean mosley and our bad freethrow shooting. We make free throws we win this game. That simple. But I have to give it up to Pittsburgh. They played tough and made there freethrow while playing good defense on Jordan Williams. This is a good game for Maryland to build on playing against a top 4 team. I really feel a top 4 finish in the acc is very resonable especially is mosley gets his head out of his azz
