    Has anybody else bought this game? what are your initial reactions? I just dont feel like its that good of a game…maybe im so used to NBA 2K but it seems like Madden never really adds MUCH year in and year out…the superstar mode is boring….the gameplay is kinda cheesy…your thoughts???

    Superstar mode is still terrible. Theres not even a combine you just add skill points and get drafted to a random team then youre automatically the starter no matter how bad of a rating you have. Passing is a lot harder than last year too. I dont even try throwing over the middle anymore against all pro since the mlb jumps on every pass.

    But yeah a couple more weeks til Oct 4 then madden wont see much playing time from me.

    yea why did they make passing so damn hard? and as always, my main complaint is how they make all-pro too easy and all-madden just insanely hard. i cant stop the run no matter who it is, and throw constant picks (even though my defenders couldnt catch a cold)…the AI in this game is just plain retarded

    Passing in Madden has always been easy for me, but I can NEVER stop the run, no matter who or what I am playing.

    And am I the only one whofound it insanely easy to block extra point attemps. My cousin got the kick to 100%, and I just ran in from the edge and blocked it on my first try, and I did it one more time, and I have only played a game or 2, so that part is just not even real. I haven’t blocked a single kick since Madden 08, and here I got 2 within an hour.

    u guys think its easy? im interested to hear what QB your using and on what difficulty….
