bedrock23ParticipantLooks like this is going to be a series.

SportsNinjaParticipantIt was nice seeing clutch free throws for a change. Philly went 6 for 6 in the last 12 seconds, and every one of those end up being crucial. Even though it is exciting to see a team have a chance to win on a buzzer beater, I don’t like seeing that situation set up due to missed free throws.

llperezkg all mad about having a moving screen called on him down the stretch when he moves on every single screen

I May Be WrongParticipantI was surprised but glad that KG actually got called for that call. He got away with a lot of stuff before that possession in the game so I thought the refs would ignore it but I think it was just so obvious that the ref had to call it. While it wasn’t pretty, I’m impressed by the Sixers with this W. They never got down on themselves for all the missed shots and kept it fighting. Great start to this series IMO

sheltwon3ParticipantI said it before I think Philly wins this series. Boston only has so much left in the tank and Philly plays more physical than ATL.

Bill Walton’s KneesParticipantI do have a problem with that call. If he’s doing it throughout the game, then the refs need to establish that call early and make it a point to call it each time it happens. Don’t call it at the end of the game when it hasn’t been called once all game.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantAbout time they call him, this guy has moved on every single screen in his entire career!

omphalosParticipantI think if the Celtics keep playing their guys hurt they are going to struggle to win this series. I really think they should just tank one game and give the injured players (Pierce, Allen, Bradley) the day off so they aren’t carrying the nagging injuries into the ECF against a rested Miami (it seems likely that Miami will finish off the Pacers before the Celtics beat the Sixers at this point).
I know, tanking a game in the playoffs is madness, but it’s a road game, and if Pierce can’t get some rest the Celtics will have no chance in the next round.
