Lavar Ball has said that all three of his sons will be one and done players but I have done a lot of digging and haven’t found any player rankings or 18 mock drafts including Liangelo Ball.

Other 2 guards in the 18 draft include Luka Doncic, Hamidou Diallo, Troy Brown and Gary Trent Jr. Would you put Liangelo Ball ahead of any of these guys?

seems delusional. So focused on being a trend setter that he is forcing his square sons into a round hole. I’ll admit I thought Lonzo would struggle adjusting to the college game. He has done the opposite and dominated. I could see someone taking him as the number 1 PG this draft (I still take Fultz, but it is close). He is a legit one and done NBA talent.

LiAngelo looks slow at the HS level. Good, but slow. How will he compete with 6’8 athletes like Josh Jackson or Justin Jackson, let alone NBA wings? No chance he is a one and done, unless that means playing in Australia or England or Japan.

LaMelo I read had grown to 6’2. If he gets into the 6’4-6’6 area with his guard skills, I can seem him being a one and done like Dejounte Murry this past draft. Lot of "ifs" though.

Liangelo is easily the worst NBA prospect out of his 3 brothers imo. I’m just not that impressed at all by his game and I think he could struggle to even get playing time at UCLA. He looks like a really poor defender. Very slow and non-athletic and will have a tough time creating his own shot at the next level. Has potential to be a good spot up shooter but not really much else. If he didn’t play in the system he plays in wasn’t related to lonzo, I kind of doubt he’d even be recruited by high level d1 programs.

Lamelo ball on the other hand has a chance to be a special player. It’s early, but I have to admit I see a lot of similarities to Steph curry in his game.

A lot of the hype on the Ball brothers is going to depend on Lonzo’s success in the NBA.

Liangelo has a very bad body being small and unathletic, so he rightfully can’t be projected as an NBA prospect.

Lamelo could very well end up being a prospect imo. His shooting and handles are interesting and he is young enough that I am hopeful he could grow into a good enough body. Lonzo nba success by then will surely matter, especially if he is not athletic enough at the next level, because he was the better body among the three seemingly.

This site still has four highlights on his page.  Definitely got the short stick when it came to athleticism.  If they had any more brothers his nickname would be Also-Ran.

LiAngelo isn’t a bad athlete by any means. There are some videos of him doing windmills and between the leg dunks and he seems to do it fairly effortlessly. But he still isn’t near where Lonzo is, and I’d classify Lonzo as an elite athlete. I just think that LiAngelo is a deceptive athlete, he does well with what he’s got and I think he can be a good college player, and best case scenario a very good role player in the league. Definitely not a one-and-done though.

Haven’t watched any chino hills this year but did see a bit of them each of last 2 seasons. Liangelo looks like a 4 year college player to me. He led the ball brothers in scoring at 30 a game his jr year and I heard he is lighting it up again this year even had a 70 point game recently, but from what I saw the last 2 years, he just isn’t a very good athlete. Missed a lot of stuff around the rim when he didn’t have time to get his steps down and gather himself in ryhthim. Ball handling was sub par. He is bigger and stronger then his brothers which has its benefits but he might want to drop some pounds to improve quickness and hops.
