Looks like Shaq’s ego will continue to get the best of him, even though his playing days are long over. In classic, immature, O’Neal style.. Shaq posted a photoshopped picture of himself posterizing Dwight Howard on Facebook. I tried inputting the image here.. but after 10 minutes of troubleshooting I wasn’t able to make it visible. Check out Shaq’s Facebook page or hit Bleacher Report for the pic.

I just have one thing to say to Shaq. And I am not a fan of Dwight Howard the person or the player.. Get the f*$% over it already. In case you’re too dumb to realize the 1933 DC comic version of Superman was published long before your self imposed nickname. Move on big fella

If we want to talk about wasted talent, even though Shaq accomplished so much, he definitely could’ve accomplished SO MUCH MORE.

We’re talking about a guy that was literally impossible to stop. Agile, could jump, could run, was smooth, everything…yet he came into camp overweight year after year (even though he was still able to be an amazing player despite it). He had all the tools to be the best big man EVER, BY FAR (maybe the best player ever).

Never learned to make his freethrows either. I mean it’s just funny that Shaq gets on to Dwight, who is also a massive waste of talent, yet he also wasted so much talent. Shaq just gets a pass because he’s so much better than Dwight and actually showed heart during/after the game.

the wrong way…… but Shaq was an absolute beast – the most Dominant physical specimen I have personally ever seen….. But w/  a body that big, your just not going to have a long career…… The man was 7′ 1” & prob 350 lbs….. Imagine carrying that around….. But, he won Rings, he dominated when it counted & he performed in the clutch…..

I’m ok w/ him trolling Dwight Howard…… I realize Dwight has had some back issues…. but he’s a guy who is perfectly fine making $millions & he doesn’t care one bit if he or his teams ever win….. Charles Barkely said it best during last years playoffs…. "Dwight Howard has been in the NBA 10 years & he Still does not have even one post move…."

I respect that these ex players hold the next generation to high standards……

Just an observation, but wouldn’t Shaq have weighed over 400 lbs?  I mean, I play ball with guys that are like 6’4" 240 and Charmin soft.  Shaq was a seven-footer and had muscle.  I always thought they played down the weight because he was fequently out of shape as mentioned above.

Dude was a beast.  Imagine taking one of those high elbows on his turn move (Sabonis’ jaw must still be hurting!).

Shaq is gigantic. 7’3 340+. Averaged over 20 shots per game. Played in the era when the game was played inside-out. The game was physical. Did not have post moves. Underwhelmed as a defender and rebounder.

Dwight is 6’10 265… Averages under 10 shots per game. Plays In the 3pt beloved era. The game is played outside in. Dwight consistently shows post moves. Excels as a defender and rebounder.

More: Shaq was Gigantic! Dwight has muscles but he’s average size for a Center. Shaq showed 1 maybe 2 post moves. Dwight consistently does a left hook, right hook, fave up rip through right,  face up rip through left, drop step left and right, spin moves to either side. Why do everyone say he hasnt learned post moves? That kills me.

Another thing, Dwight shoots 60%+ from the field. Imagine if he took 25 shots the way Shaq used to. I’m willing to bet he’d avg 25+ plus points also. He’s gets knocked all the time but no one takes that into consideration. Shaq was better offensively and way more dominant as he was supposed to be. He’s waaay bigger and taller. On the defensive end Dwight is much better.

**** SN: Dwight scored 30 points tonight on 12/20 shooting. This would be the norm if he got these touches every game.

Howard is terrible and doesn’t have any post moves.  All Howard want to do is fool around and destroy teams (Lakers & Rockets).  Shaq has 4 chips, regular season MVP, also 3 finals MVP’s.  If I was a GM I wouldn’t want to have Howard on my team…team killer!

That’s all personal opinion.  No facts… at all. Good thing you’re not a GM.

Shaq is the worlds largest clown, but to be honest he’s said and done some of the funniest things I’ve ever seen so I think the world would be duller without him. He walks a fine line between Bullying and Humour, but compared to other larger-than-life legends he’s not that much of an ass…

Dwight Howard is also a clown of sorts, with the only difference being he doesn’t talk trash about others in the process. He’s definitely not as bad as his popularity levels suggest.

I don’t mind what Shaq’s doing. He’s a controversial character and those kinds of guys will draw TV ratings.

My favourite all-time Shaq quote at a Press Conference.

    Reporter:

"Lets just say a Snake bit your mom, right up here in the chest area. Would you be willing to suck the Poison it to with the Title"……..:

    Shaq:

"No, but I will with your wife".

My favourite Shaq prank was when he was getting photographed with George W. Bush and the Miami Heat after their Championship.

And he intentionally let the air out of the ball so when the President bounced it in front of the cameras, it stayed dead on the floor. You gotta watch the footage if you haven’t seen it….

Provided comedy gold for the likes of David Letterman

It’s called "humor".  It is a joke.  If you were around during Shaq’s playing days, and have followed him since, you’d know what joker he is.  He is a total goof off.  Some of the funniest press conferences I’ve ever seen were Shaq Diesel gems.  Chill out, and laugh once in a while.  Smh, someone has a man crush on Dwight and is protecting her man.  Lol.

Shaq was one of my favorite players in the NBA and one of the reasons I started to like basketball but I really do not care to listen to him on TNT. Hes gotten much better, but I am still not a fan.

I’ve always loved Shaq.  Of course he can be petulant and immature, but he’s never taken himself seriously and was awesome to watch in his prime.  I agree he probably needs to let the whole thing go with Dwight.  Dwight will never win a ring and he’ll never be able to be mentioned in the same sentence with Shaq in terms of all-time greats.  Shaq was probably the laziest in terms of all-time greats.  Imagine if he had the drive and work ethic of a Kobe or Jordan.  He might have been considered the GOAT.  He liked to have fun and he never let basketball run his life.  Maybe that would’ve been better if he had then we could’ve avoided his rap career along with Steel and Kazaam.

I never understood the hate for Howard. He literally does the same routine as  Shaq, which everyone seemed to love him for, got him countless endorsements and in movies/tv shows. Granted Howard isn’t as good as Shaq, but he’s been a really good basketball player. Unlike Shaq he stays in shape and he’s motivated defensively. I would assume Howard would have put up better numbers if he was given 18-20 shots a game. I don’t know if he would have worked any harder on his post game if he knew he was getting more shots, but you can’t blame a guy for putting up lower numbers when he doesn’t get the same opportunities as his "superstar" peers. Smiling or cracking jokes doesn’t make you a bad teammate. This guy is playing basketball for a living. I’d be smiling too.

    If he was given…

    You have to command.

Howard never cracked 23 pts, 2 assists, or 3 blocks in a season…Shaq’s rookie season ?.

Too much 16 yo girls on that thread.
