sheltwon3ParticipantWe can look at all the team that are just as young that were already better than Cleveland.
How was he going to win there especially when player really did not want to play there

sheltwon3ParticipantI wish Knicks would have gotten Beasley and paired him with Randolph and some picks to get Melo who I think will leave and go to the Knicks next year.

sheltwon3ParticipantReggie Miller did not win a ring but somehow he thinks Lebron would have won one or two with teams that were no where as good as the ones he played on.

Charlie SheenParticipantJust Beasley to Denver would have been nice plus if he didnt do well they could of not picked up his option and built from there they could of added Curry’s expiring deal to give Denver more money to work with and Carmelo could of signed that 3 year 65 mil extension for New York so he and STAT would expire together perfect scenario since Beasley was compared to Melo maybe putting him in Melo’s role will help

sheltwon3ParticipantI agree HD. This move may wind up helping Minny if they keep or if they trade him

sheltwon3ParticipantLebron did start playing bad agaisnt Boston but Orlando beat them the year before. The regular season is just that the regular season. Some team are better built for the playoffs. Also the team like Bulls that gave Cavs a good series have a playoff team without James which clearly would make them better than the Cavs with James. Also there is no way you say that Wade and Bosh is not a better team with Lebron than what they Cavs have. They basically have overpaid Minimum contract players.
Lebron carried that team. He barely had a second or 3rd team mate in double figures.
Varejoe also had trouble finishing some of Bron’s passes
Bosh did not want to go there and last year several free agents like Ariza said no. They wound up getting Antony Parker and Moon. They then made a trade for an aging Jamison who does not play much defense because Amare was not really comfortable with going there. I mean he left Phoenix this year so it would appear that he did not mind getting moved but just not to Cleveland.

NarcParticipantI remember where I was for game 5, it took me a while to come to this conclusion but I truly think his teammates quit on him first rather than the other way around. I do believe that LeBron should have just taken over (he is unselfish to a fault)
Game 5 LeBron didn’t get any help, and he kept passing away, possibly, expecting someone to be a ray of light, for once helping him steer the ship. Yet no one came to his aid. I think at that point, it was said to himself silently, that with this cast, he may not get very far. Remember the end of the game, with like 20 sec left, the Cavs just quit…they stopped, put there hands on their heads and waist, and just started waiting for the buzzer to sound. It was sickening to watch them give up not only that game, but on themselves, because they expected the all mighty LeBron to help them out of the hole they put themselves in.
Ultimately, to me, it seemed like the ultimate mis-communication. LeBron saying yes, I am the superstar, but you guys are here to help me, and the rest of the team saying, ok sir, take over from here. And ironically, neither event occurred.

sheltwon3ParticipantMo Williams is a decent players bu there are at least 14 better point guards in the league. He may have been hurt by Mike Brown being a terrible coach.
That Larry Hughes trade really hurt them.
They never recoved from that
They did not draft well
Spurs stayed good after a lot of their team got old by drafting well around Tim Duncan.
The Cavs may have given Lebron his best supporting cast but that did not mean they were good or better than more teams.
