Lebron James has to be exhausted. I don’t know how many minutes a game he has played during the playoffs, but it has to be in the 43-44 minute range. Lebron has to do so much for the Heat to win. He has to play at the highest level every night. He just doesn’t have enough help. Wade’s knee is not 100 percent healthy and he has reportedley had to have it drained a couple times during the playoffs. Bosh is coming back from his abdominal strain and isn’t 100 percent. One play from last night’s game that really caught my attention was when OKC had the ball in transition. Durant got it at midcourt even with Lebron and he outran Lebron to the cup and dunked it one-handed withno resistance frm Lebron. Lebron is the king of the rundown block but he let KD outrun him and didn’t evn attempt a block at the rim. I don’t know if the Heat can match the youth and athleticism of OKC with Lebron playing so many minutes and not getting enough help from his teammates.

Well give the guy an extra nap or two. His best chance to win this series & to hit back at some critics is to suck it up and play his a$$ off.

Know this, and I think deep down inside Wade wishes he could be more help but he’s battling injuries. Despite all of Lebron struggles, as the reigning MVP the guy is still putting up quality numbers. He’s litterally had to carry the Heat the whole playoffs. Lebron so damn good I think he’ll continue to get high numbers, but its about how many shots he takes, and turnover’s he will have to do so. Along with that we already know eventually Spoelstra is going to put him on Durant a little bit more.

I say put most the offense on Bosh and Wade and just tell Lebron to play effecient offense, but put all the energy on the defensive side of the floor. But again, this isn’t the luxury that they have.

It’s shocking when derek fisher is able to make a lay up in the face of D-wade, one on one in the open floor…

4 fast break points, 6,5 mans rotation, out of gas, CB4 with absolutely no attempt in the paint(even without perk and ibaka), wanna be channing frye rich man is not a good idea in that serie.

Spoelstra waiting the heroics as usual…

actually, I think the offense should run through Bosh more because he is a better shooter than Wade and athletically (if he was healthy) he can take over a game too.  it wont happen because DWade needs to ISO so much.

really, its a lot of things that can be said, we all have opinions.  the rotations suck, the offense is infrequent, they dont have size….etc….

I have to agree with English….LBJ should get as much rest as he can and be prepared to carry the full load because when they lose, he will carry the full load of why they didnt win…in most of the public’s eyes.

The Heat’s bench just can’t bring anything to the table. Spoelstra still has basically no offensive plays as far as I can see except have Lebron and Wade create one on one. Since the bench guys can’t do that at all, then they can’t play in this Spolestra offense. There has been a failure by management to find some cheap NBA players. Chalmers (to my surprise) has raised his game big time this year to the point where he is an average NBA player. So give credit to Riley there. (And trust me being average is a serious improvement and even with this improvement he still must be one of the worst five starting PGs in the game, especially now that Fisher doesn’t start anymore).

So Chalmers is playing well, Wade is playing like a good player instead of a great player, and Bosh hasn’t been playing. Look at the personnel. Lebron has to do everything in this situation and he has to play nearly every minute.

I think he was tired in Game 1, especially compared to the rested Thunder. But Game 2 will put them a little bit more on even footing. And it looks like Bosh is going to make it through the series. The more he plays, the less energy Lebron has to expend.

He either wins a championship with the Cryami Heat or his career has been a failure up to this point.

Why did Joel Anthony only play 2 minutes last night? I thought he was a big defensive stopper for Miami. Haslem and Bosh are good but not true centers.

"I thought he was a big defensive stopper for Miami."

You don’t watch basketball if you believe the 6’8 Joel Anthony is the big defensive stopper for Miami.

Anthony is a better help defender than Bosh or Haslem.  Height isn’t everything.  No, he isn’t a star and his offensive shortcomings probably should keep him on the bench, so I do agree with the Heat playing Bosh and Haslem over him.  But the reason is offense, not defense.

First off, hes 6"9. Second, per 36 minutes, he averaged 2.2 blocks per game. He shouldn’t start but should get more than two minutes.
