CameronCrazy11ParticipantWith Lance becoming trade eligible tomorrow, there’s rumors circulating that Charlotte could be looking to part ways with their newly signed swingman. Do you guys think Lance is headed out of Charlotte, and if so, where does he go?

Lotto StudParticipantI’ll gladly gift wrap Deron Williams this Holiday Season for Stephenson’s services with a No Return to Sender stamp attached.

cryan03ParticipantWhy would Charlotte take Deron Williams when they already got Kemba? Joe Johnson would make better sense in a Lance trade.

Lotto StudParticipant"Kemba should slide over to the 2 in the same fashion as Allen Iverson once Larry Brown came on board. Iverson would have still been a good player at the 1, but who is to say if he would have been the player he is today without moving over to the 2 full-time."

cryan03ParticipantWhy mess with Kemba? He’s been having success at the 1 in the NBA, so why move him off the ball and play him at the 2? Plus is DWill is even worth it

TarHeelRavenParticipantI think Indiana and Larry Bird were such a positive influence on Lance. The had a good coach in Vogel and veteran guys like David West and Paul George who I’m sure were positive locker room influences on him. I was really disappointed to see Lance leave Indiana because Bird really gave his a chance to shine after one disappointing season at Cincy and being drafted in the second round. I don’t know exactly what has happened to Lance in Charlotte, but I believe the youth and overall lack of leadership on that team might have something to do with him just not gelling on that team. I hope Lance can find a home and place to flourish, because when he has positive guys around him and veteran leaders, he cane a really really good player.

Lotto StudParticipantJoe and KG will be perfect! You’ve highlighted the significance in the swap I proposed.

IndianaBasketballParticipantWoj is reporting that the Hornets and Pacers are having discussions about a potential trade. How funny is that? Lance should’ve never left. He should fire his agent for poor advice. I don’t know if all of the rumors were true last season, but I wonder how the players would feel about him returning? Woj is also reporting that the Pacers are requesting the Hornets unload a first round pick for them to take Lance back lol.
I never thought Lance’s style of play would fit well with the Hornets offensively, but I think it’s lame he’s seen as the reason they’ve started so poorly. Yes, their offense lacks spacing and is even worse than last season, but the biggest issue is their defense. It’s slipped significantly since last season. I also don’t understand why Kemba Walker is being given a pass. Yea, he’s made some clutch shots and had a few big games, but he’s shooting under 37%. He’s basically an inefficient two guard in a small point guard’s body. I also thought Coach Clifford criticizing Lance publicly so early in the season was a head scratcher.

festar35ParticipantI think he would fit nicely in a fast paced offense with shooters on the team as well.
Denver to me strikes me as a solid fit as they have Shaw and look like they should really be getting some young talent and looking to the future. Afflalo would be an ideal fit in Charlotte, I really thought they were going make a play for him in the off-season. He offers Charlotte shooting and more D.
Stephenson can get up and down with the likes of Lawson, Chandler, Faried, Hickson etc. His ability to start a break and attack the hoop would be a nice fit there.
As for Indiana, I just don’t feel like getting him back will help us, this team seems like it is soon to be going in a different direction soon and I can’t help but feel the likes of Hibbert and West wouldn’t be overly happy with his return.
