SupParticipantThere is a good chance they will meet at some point in the playoffs. There will be a lot at stake in that match up, what makes it interesting though is the fact that they share a home court. LA is a city all about status so the city will be backing the Lakers. The Clippers should have home court advantage given their record but with the Lakers having the majority of the fans in LA it can give the Lakers home court advantage for all seven games.

TyroberParticipantI wouldn’t say there is a good chance of it happening, but it is possible. It would be one hell of a first round match up to watch. It also doesn’t matter that the Lakers have more fans in LA because Clippers fans and Lakers fans are going to want to go to the game.

SupParticipantWouldn’t be a first round…it would be conf. semi or conf. finals.

TyroberParticipantActually it very well could be a first round match up. If the playoffs started today thats exactly what it would be. The Clippers are currently the 2nd seed and the Lakers are in the 7th, but a 3rd-6th or even 4th-5th could easily happen.

SupParticipantTrue.

PulseGlazerParticipantI’ll take the Clippers if this happens. They barely handled Paul last year with a far weaker supporting cast.
