if the suns did decide to trade nash it wouldnt be for a 30 year old vet, it would be to go young. Morris and ebanks havent even established that they belong in the NBA. Ebanks was easily the worst player on the lakers last season even worse then luke walton and derrick caracter.

Nash to the lakers would probably not be plausible.  They Lakers dont have a good point gaurd to offer in return and im sure that would be the number one priority the suns would want, a fresh, young, pg.  Lakers dont have that.  They only have D-fish and Steve Blake, and obviosuly neither fit the criteria.  Anyway, suns are adament about keeping Nash at least until he asks out.  Doubt that would happen, but hey, never know maybe a nice Brooks & Lopez could net them a guy like maybe a GOOD backup, athletic center (the opposite of Lopez) such as maybe a Deandre Jordan plus a pick.

the suns arent in a position too win right now so shouldnt they trade nash while he still can bring something back in return too start the rebuilding process and i dont think they completley need a pg back brooks has shown when healthy hes a very solid pg

is that no team is willing to give half of what the Suns require for their 37-year-old pg.  The Suns want players/picks based on Nash’s production, but no one is going to do that.  Nash is too old.  About the best they’ll get for Nash will be two first rounders (15-30) from a team that doesn’t want rookies and sees themselves as a contender.  Such an offer is not nearly enough for the Suns, who would damage the Suns-Nash legacy by making the trade.
