When are teams going to learn to quit paying Kyrie all this big money and have him out all the time because he has another injury. What a waste. Durant and Harden played over 53 minutes each, Harden doing it while he also hurt. And then you have Kyrie sitting on the bench collecting $32 million to be a cheerleader. And this isn’t the first time this has happened to a team with him on it.
The Nets got zero points off their bench, and 3 starters played over 50 minutes. This loose isn’t on them, they gutted it out.
But I’m glad to see a new team in Eastern finals.

This team did alot of things I didn’t like during the regular season. Irving and Harden seem to have their heads on other things all year which is a shame because Bruce Brown, KD, Jeff Green and even Blake really bought in this year and played hard.

I don’t really think this is fair, Kyrie was the only one of the big 3 to play anything close to a full season, and he kept the Nets near the top of the East standings during the stretches when he was their only star available to play. It’s not his fault he got injured in the playoffs while KD and Harden got injured during the regular season.

If you want to blame someone on the Nets I would look at Joe Harris, who shot 13-49 over the last five games of the Bucks series, averaging 7 points and 1 assist in about 40 minutes per game.

I mean to be fair he came down on someone’s foot. The timing was unfortunate but this could have happened to anyone.
