Anton123ParticipantWhat is your guys opinion on Kris Dunn? The guy is posting MONSTER stats:
18.8 PPG; 6.8 APG; 7.8 RPG; 1.3 BPG; 5.3 SPG and, shockingly 2 TOPG
He is shooting 40% from the field and 29% from three, but is also shooting above 80% from the free throw line. I know it is early in the season, but the guy just seems like an NBA player: 6’4”, really strong, very athletic.
He is mocked at 19 on this site, which seems silly considering the progress he is made and how successful guys like him are usually in the NBA.
P.S. Why the hell can we still not create our mock drafts?

Anton123ParticipantI just wanted to add that his 22 point, 10 rebound, 9 assist, 7 steal game with 1 turnover and 9-9 from the line certainly deserves a forum topic.

cardinalsParticipantHe can really fill up the stat sheet. I was surprised when he decided to come to school. I thought he would have been a 1st rounder. He should be a lottery this in the 2016 NBA Draft.

thetruth87ParticipantI would think numbers like that should be expected from a guy who probably should have entered into the draft last year; against teams like the New Jersey Institute of Technology…..

Pro-21ParticipantHe cannot shoot at all, and his athleticism will not really stand out in the NBA. He’s a very fluid athlete, but not super explosive. H’es really coordinated and smooth. He might end up in the lottery, but I don’t see him becoming a legitimate star in the NBA until he becomes a a 40% mid-range shooter, which, will not happen. I’ve watched Dunn since he was a sophomore in high school, a few times in person. He will be a solid NBA player after dominating schools throughout this season.

OhCanada-ParticipantThat jump shot is crucial for him to develop. He is very ball dominate otherwise and at the college level it can work out being more athletic and strong but in the pros his lack of go to moves and offensive skill will show.
From what I’ve seen he can be inserted into the lineup in a Patrick Beverley type role yet his upside is much higher due to his physical tools.
