josephgoodeParticipantThe Sacramento Kings primary target should be to add a running mate for Evans, who is obviously a shooting guard and Big man Cousins. There are only 2 pure starting point guards in this draft that standout; Irving and Knight. Irving will definitely be off the board with the top 2 picks but Knight will be there between the 3 thru 5 pick, and I definitely believe the Kings need to trade up to get him. The Kings who possess the 7th pick need to package that pick along with Casspi and whoever else to grab that 3rd pick.
With Knight, Evans, Cousins and a few solid veteran free agents, the Kings could very well be a bubble 8th seed in the West next year. I could also see the Kings keeping the 7th pick and grabbing Kawhi Leonard who looks like a solid starter in the mold of Gerald Wallace but he even might be gone when the Kings pick.
Kings should put all there marbles in the basket and get Knight. There also have been talks of Walker but I see him more of a shooting guard off the bench in a point guards body. He was more successfully playing off the ball more like Iverson, and Jason Terry.
Knight needs to be our guy.

GottaBeTheShoesParticipantActually tyreke is more of a point and doesnt play as well as he should off the ball this whole year he had played starting point.. I think he is more of a SF than a SG and thornton be their 2 guard.. but i think his best spot is PG although it would be easier for the kings to get Knight. Walker could also work and have them switch off being off the ball from time to mime. After thornton was traded to the kings he average around 20 ppg.

TyroberParticipantUtah doesnt have really have a need to move down. I think they should stay where they are and draft Kemba

aamir543ParticipantTyreke Evans is a combo ball hog. He is a nice player, but he needs the ball to be effective, so unless he improves his J, he isnot going to have much success off the ball.

TRC1991Participanti was hoping from the name of the topic that this guy would produce us with a breaking news story where the kings had moved up to spots 3 or 4
