What The DevilParticipantApparently if the Kings keep the pick they will probably be taking Andre Drummond. They plan to use him as a trade chip or keep him as a shot blocker to pair with Cousins.

Jason_GrayParticipantTo me, they just seem like the same type of player. Like they are interchangable at either the 4 or the 5. In order to build a competitive team, you need players on the court that offer different skill sets. The Kings have too many players that play alike — that’s why they aren’t ever competitive. You don’t have to play the same position to be the same player type either.
They just need to have more diversity on their team. Cousins/Drummond won’t work out. It sounds good but I don’t see it — unless Drummond just turns into a defensive specialist. Remember Cousins is a hack…

WizardofOzParticipantI don’t think Drummond fits w/ Cousins. They need a strectch big in the worst way.

mikeyvthedonParticipantThat he will indeed be traded if he is the 5th pick in the Draft. Pretty sure that Houston will figure out some package to obtain Drummond and Tyreke Evans for a bevy of draft picks with Kyle Lowry being included. Am sure other players from Houston would also be involved in the deal, but I see this not necessarily being the Kings pick.
