The8thDeadlySinParticipantHe is a 6’10 forward that has signed with WVU.. He averaged 39 points, 17 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals, and 3 blocks… He is gonna be a stud with Huggins if he can stick around long enough..

Jayhawks2011Participanti have seen him play. hes a good player, but his numbers aren’t accurate. he played at the smallest level against charter schools. a few years ago one of his teammates scored over 100 points in a game. also, one time he played a kid with one ARM. plus his dad is a freak. one time hd got in a fight with my coach in an aau game I’m curious to see how he does though

OrangeJuiceJonesParticipantHe sounds like one of those kids whose go-to move is the offensive rebound into a put-back.

PurpleMonkeyDishwasherParticipantI saw him play in the state High School tournament…. he was obviously the best kid on the floor.
He was injured (sep. shoulder?) during the game in a bad fall and showed enough heart to stay out on the floor and still help his team win. He was named player of the tournament… good player, weird dad. Thin kid that needs to add muscle, plays hard, name Star Trib player of the year…. but Tubby Smith didn’t think enough of him to recruit a local kid.
He played a weaker schedule but also did well against other d-1 prospects when matched-up.0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/30/2010 - 5:46pm #344504
BiggysmallsParticipanthe’s soft. he’s a 6’10 kid but he’s always been a perimeter player. I played in an aau tourney with him a couple years ago. He’s solid. Not an NBA guy by any stretch though.

T-Wolvesfan13ParticipantI play vs the kid once. He is very long and very skilled! But he weak and sometimes does not give 100% but i think in a few years a is going to be awesome!

wolves_soontobemaybegoodParticipantnoreen averaged 39 pts for minnesota transitions charter school. playing in the smallest division (single A) in the state. he played only against private schools that rarely have more than 500 students. this is identical to 4 years ago when isaiah dahlman wins mr basketball playing for single A braham. he got a full ride to michigan state. after four years he averaged about 1.4 points per game. completely uneffective. that most likely will be kevin noreen in four years.

HaleParticipantI live in MN, he played crap competition. He won’t be anything special.

PurpleMonkeyDishwasherParticipantIn highschool Dahlman dominated team in invite tournaments from all over the country…. his mistake was going to a College that has a top recruiting class every single year. Dahlman has always been a good shooter just not athletic enough for the BIGTEN.

PurpleMonkeyDishwasherParticipantNoreen will receive a fullride scholarship…. so he does have a chance to be something/someone….. and he’d beat you any day of the week. Say what you want…. but the kid works hard and has some skills.

JNixonParticipant^LOL, you must be Kevin Noreen

OrangeJuiceJonesParticipantYou beat me to that comment, Iggy.

The8thDeadlySinParticipantI dont think yall understand what kind of coach he is going to play for.. If Noreen wasnt a player, he woudnt be at WVU.. Huggins only wants hard working players who show enough potential to be starters one day.. Noreen is the perfect fit for the Cs that Huggins has.. Kilicli and Jennings are guys that never need to leave the post.. If Noreen is a perimeter player that works hard and can rebound his position, he is going to play.. Also, Huggins develops players to the fullest extent… If he has the motor, he will be a player with WVU…

the fanParticipantHe isn’t garbage. He won’t dominate though.
0 - Posted on: Thu, 07/01/2010 - 5:07pm #345269

HaleParticipantTrust me, you are overrating him. He isn’t like awful or anything, but he won’t be in the NBA. He could be a nice contributor in a few years, but he’ll never be a star or go-to guy. His brother is solid too. Of course he could beat me, I’m not going to WVU genius. I never said he sucks, just that he isn’t special.
