One of the standout performers at the 2018 Draft combine, Kevin Huerter has NBA execs ‘buzzing’ after an eye-opening performance and athletic testings, per reports on twitter.

He’s grown over an inch in the last year, had great athletic measurements with a 39′ vertical and has proven to be a great shooter/playmaker in college.

The thing that bothers me is that staff on nbadraft.net still doesn’t have him in their mock or big board (which is a little out-of-date, to be honest), and thus we can’t put him in our mocks either.

He’s said that he could come back to school and try to be a top 10/lottery pick next year, but how smart would that be if he can be drafted in the late teens/early 20s this year?

Do you think he comes back to school? If not, where does he land? Top 20?

just read an article on ESPN insider about him being top performer at the combine.

sounds like a typical spurs target.  under the radar prospect with smooth stroke and good playmaker.  with the spurs potentially losing a lot of their wing depth, it seems like it’d be a good fit.

He should come back and be the #1 option for the Terps next year…they have a talented freshman class coming in as well as some good returnees, and next year’s draft wont be as wing- heavy as this years

He should be a late first pick and is a far better creator than Hezonja who is just a shooter/slasher and a young sophomore (born in 98). 50% fg/40% 3pt to go with 5rbds and 3.4as (0.7bl 0.6stl) is not bad either. He has to work on being a better defender but on offense he has the tools to be efficient.

After his combine’s perf, I would put him at 28th by the Warriors

       I don’t see his creation translet, it’s a little stiff…
